Rebecca’s place was perfect for our time in Athens. It was close to campus and downtown, which is just what I was looking for. It was a cozy space for my two daughters and I to hang out for the weekend. Rebecca even left my shoes out for my daughter to pick up when I left them behind.

I especially appreciated the downstairs game room and mancave feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept soundly last night! Having a fully equipped kitchen was a huge bonus, allowing me to easily prepare breakfast which made my stay even more convenient. The location of Bracade Bungalow was also perfect for my needs. It was so easy getting downtown from the house location. This made getting around and experiencing the area a breeze. You all were exceptional! We very much enjoyed our stay at this little house! It is very well decorated and the kitchen was so cute! A very cozy house and living room setup! We slept in the king size bedroom and that bed was oh so comfortable!! Frank was very helpful and responsive with check in/out being flawless and a breeze! Would definitely stay here again!

Do not hesitate for a second to stay at this place if it’s available! The house is so well designed and decorated, and it was incredibly clean. We had three couples staying there, and it was very comfortable - each bedroom (with very comfortable beds!) has its own bathroom. Additionally, Ashley was so great to work with and even had fresh flowers and some welcome treats for our arrival. I highly recommend this place … very convenient to downtown and campus too.

Where to even begin?!? We needed a last minute place to stay when unexpectedly, our home wasn’t ready for us to come back to after a trip. We found this cute little cottage. I say little, but my family of 5 had plenty of room! Julie, the hostess, was so accommodating! She was kind, seemed truly interested in our needs and how she could best help us in our situation, and went over and beyond with having snacks for us as we “came home” from vacation. My teenage kids thought that was the coolest! Halfway through the week, we found out our home still wasn’t ready, and Julie was so gracious that she extended our stay and we didn’t have to pay additional booking/cleaning fees. She felt the weight of our stress and was wonderful through it all! Julie was precious, and her house was amazing!!! My husband and I have already said when our kiddos go off to college, we want to replicate her house! It is beautiful, had all the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom needs, and was so clean! ♥️A must see!

Awesome place for a group of people! We had plenty of social space. Loved how the kitchen seemed to be stocked well with pots, pans, and even some ziploc bags which came in handy for us in a pinch! It is right off a main road, but that didn’t impact our stay at all. Would highly recommend!

However, Alex and Meredith quickly resolved the glitch in the housekeeping issue by Meredith coming out to make the beds personally. My daughters and I had an amazing stay at the Music Box! Loved everything about it. The beautiful location along the river surrounded by woods but close to all the things Athens has to offer was perfect. Really enjoyed the nicely renovated space, the comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, the board games and all things music related! We would love to come back again, can’t recommend this place enough. Super helpful and attentive hosts as well! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We were in Athens for the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships. Go Vols! This home was recommended by a friend, who stayed last year during a swim meet. It exceeded all of our expectations. Gorgeous inside, extremely comfortable bedding, very private, top notch kitchen - a well needed break from full days at an exciting swim meet. We spent 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. About 15-18 minutes to the pool. Kelly communicated often and allowed us to check in early. By far, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We will definitely book again when in Athens.

Great spot for a weekend in Athens for a family wedding. Super close to downtown! Beautiful home, had everything we needed, loved that we looked out every window to beautiful green trees. The driveway is quite steep but once we got used to pulling in/out there was no issue at all. Overall really beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Ashlie’s place! As a UGA Alum, I loved being able to stay in the heart of 5 Points and walk to some of my favorite places. The house is so charming and is exactly as pictured. We were so impressed with how well the home was stocked with everything we could have needed! Tom and Ashlie were wonderful hosts and were extremely responsive and helpful when needed. A few minor inconveniences upon arrival were taken care of promptly and kindly. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place in a nice neighborhood. The house its self was in great condition and was very cozy for our group. It had nice big bedrooms and space to hang out and visit. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in the Winder area. Ludmila's is a great host and everything was just like she said. She was very responsive and helpful getting us set up.

Marc was great - super responsive and helpful. Best checkout policy out there, no cleaning task list! Marc was very flexible in our checkout time, which was a big help. The house is older but very clean and open feeling - great high ceilings. Parking is huge and the back yard is large and private. Super comfortable beds and great linens. Kitchen is clean and very functional. All in all, a great stay!

I hope we can return to Cat’s place-it’s charming, warm, unique, fun, well appointed, funky, and the perfect backdrop for a weekend away with our kids for my oldest son’s Parents’ Weekend. Cat is an amazing host-so kind and welcoming, with games and books and notes all over to make sure everyone is comfortable! Beds are super cozy and the linens are soft and cozy. Located on a quiet street about a mile from Athens, it’s a straight shot into town. Highly recommend this cool farmhouse!

Our host Margaret was very easy to contact and replied quickly. There was one minor mechanical issue on Friday night but she had it resolved almost immediately and caused us no problem at all. The house is spacious, private, and ideal for a large group--we used it for a bridal party to stay before a wedding, and to take photos and get ready the day of the wedding. Highly recommend this house and this host with no hesitation.
