Katy's place is a gem! The floorplan was spacious and had plenty of included accessories and amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and private yet is a short ride or walk to the marina or into town! I love that Katy has included bikes, kayaks and SUP to her guests as part of the experience!

I stayed in the loft for a month long stay and would recommend and book again! What I loved - location and ability for walking distance to town, nice decor, and thoughtful functional features throughout for a longer stay. Appreciated the kitchen with many cooking accessories, big plus for French press and crock pot! Devon was great with communication and local tips. I hope to be back!

This house is top of my list for cleanliness. Very cute inside. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Every detail was thought of to make our stay comfortable and convenient.
