Vacation rentals with a pool in Dover

We stayed as a family of 8, and all of us loved the place! The house is spacious and so comfortable. Since Travis and Kim live across the street, it was nice to shake hands and talk for a bit. The house’s location for our primary objective - Silverwood - contributed to our fondness for the beautiful setting. Thank you!

David and Stacey hosted me. They were very responsive and quick to reply. They had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. They even had cute kit for ones bathroom, kitchen, and laundry necessities. The neighborhood was overall peaceful and quiet. It was also nice to have a grocery store and some restaurants that were only a few miles up the road. I definitely recommend!! 5 Star review from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for hosting me. 😊

We have stayed in many vacation rentals in much of the country and this is one of the best. It is exactly as described, maybe better! Everything is clean and fresh and it has everything needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is well stocked and everything is labeled so it's fast & easy to put things away. Bed was comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. It's a lovely setting overlooking the pond and very relaxing. We could (and did) sit on the patio and watch the surroundings for hours. Kyle & Tara have created a great "home away from home".

There are a few maintenance items that should be looked into, and some parts of the house were smudged/dirty like the TV screen in the living room, and the cooktop. Make sure you are checking all emails and texts! All of your instructions for getting into the home are on their website page for you, so getting in (door code) was a bit confusing compared to other Airbnbs we have stayed in. That site has everything you need, check-in and out, WiFi, door and gate codes, etc. I just didn’t know to look there at first. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved staying at this scenic and convenient spot. It was just the right size for two, and we loved how clean and organized the condo was - everything you needed just within hands reach. The bedroom does not have light filtering curtains - something to consider if you are traveling during the long summer nights and early mornings.

We stayed at this delightful, cozy condo just half a mile from Mount Spokane (we hiked it!) for our son’s wedding, and it was the perfect home away from home. The location was peaceful and scenic, and the full kitchen was a big plus. The view from the condo was outstanding and brought a sense of serenity to our stay. Kristin was a wonderful host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming—which made our 8-day visit even more enjoyable. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax between events. We’re grateful to have found such a special place for such an important occasion and plan to return in the future. Although about a 40-minute drive from Spokane, the scenic route made the trip enjoyable. Ideal for skiing trips, peaceful getaways, or—like in our case—a perfect home base for special events. We had a great time. Loved the house. Tran was great. The only difference is the bedroom list as one queen and a single is a a queen bunk bed.

This is an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spectacular scenic mountain view from the tall wide window in the living room and balcony is second to none! I captured some amazing picture on my phone, including sunrise, thunder storm & lightning, etc. The condo itself was well stocked with everything you’d need to make it a comfortable home. My kids loved the reading room! Anna, was an amazing hostess! Prompt and clear communication all the time. She made sure we were comfortable and safe! Definitely will stay again!

Sandpoint is a great place to visit and these condos are within walking distance of downtown. This particular unit is not as affected by highway & train noise as some of the other units, which is a real plus. You look out over the pool and have a partial lake view which is also nice. The location is the primary reason we stayed here and it worked out very well.

A great stay at a beautiful location! The condo was just perfect for our needs. 2 bedrooms and 2 bath definitely come in handy. It's located directly across from the clubhouse which made things very easy for us. We enjoyed the grounds and all the activities offered. Just perfect in all areas. Thank you!

Seasons is just a lovely resort-style development and extraordinary views of the lake - wonderful private beach and fun pool! Our condo was just perfect! Would definitely recommend and also would stay again!!
