Country House

Completely renovated house located near the village of Saint-Germain-du-Salembre. Ideally located 1 hour from Bordeaux (10 minutes from the A89), 30 minutes from Périgueux and Bergerac, it will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Dordogne. The 70 m2 house has a large garden and a terrace with countryside views to enjoy outdoor dining. It consists of two bedrooms with two large double beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. Parking is available in front of the house.

On one floor, the house consists of a large living room of 60 m2 with kitchenette and living room with insert, then a room type living room of 30 m2 to be able to wander quietly, a toilet and a bathroom. On the first floor, two large bedrooms of 30 m2, a children's bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet.
