In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Our apartment "Küstenliebe" was newly renovated and furnished in 2024. It has been furnished in the maritime living style and is inviting for relaxation with the North Sea flair. Not only the maritime style, the balcony , the quiet location and last but not least the beach proximity to the upper floor apartment give rise to holiday feelings. The beach of Neßmersiel is within walking distance, and can be reached by bike or car in about 1800 m. Charging electric cars is possible at the house's own wallbox.

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
