The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

Our spacious 84 square meter apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families or friends who long for a relaxing break by the sea. With 2 cozy bedrooms and an open living and dining area with sea views, it's the perfect place to relax. The Helgolandhaus is located directly on the beach and offers breathtaking views of the sea. Relax on the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves.

"FeWo Krabbenbude" - modern & within walking distance of the beach

We lovingly renovated our "Krabbenbude" in the summer and fulfilled a cozy living dream for ourselves. A modern open kitchen invites you to cook with lots of accessories. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds - for upscale sleeping comfort. The large and cozy living-dining area with electric fireplace offers plenty of space for the whole family. Fiberglass is also available free of charge. You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement.

An 80 m², cozy non-smoking apartment with its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped fitted kitchen and dining area, living room and dining room, both overlooking the garden and access to the large south terrace. The apartment Kogge16 was completely renovated in 2024. It is located on the 4th floor (elevator) in the house Die Kogge. The bright one-room apartment has a large balcony overlooking Norderney. In the living/sleeping room, next to the dining table and the fitted kitchen, there is a box spring bed and two armchairs. From the hallway, you enter the new bathroom, which has a shower with a flat entrance, a sink with a cabinet, a toilet and a towel heater.

Granary on the Wilhelminenhof

The old Kaarnhuus formerly represented the connection between commercial and residential buildings. Now a cozy apartment for four people has been created here. On the first floor is the living and dining area with a cozy fireplace. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a nice bathroom. On the terrace, there is sun from noon and you can look into the garden and meadows. The sea is about 1 km across the road and the beach is about 10 minutes by bike.

The apartment "kleines Nordlicht" in the Villa Dühringshof welcomes you in Dornum, 22 km from Norddeich train station and 26 km from the German Sielhafenmuseum. The property is 40 km from Jever. The apartment features a bedroom separate from the living area, cable TV, an equipped kitchenette, a washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower and a huge garden with seating area. The apartment is on the first floor and is not barrier-free

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

Our apartments Spiekeroog and Wangerooge are about 50 m² and equipped for 1 - 3 people. If the apartment is shown as occupied, the other one may still be available.
