Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Tinyhouse bietet eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zum entspannen. Die salzige Luft der Nordsee, Pferdeweiden und Felder, der Nationalpark Wattenmeer in der Nähe und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Moorwald, Jader Park, verträumte kleine Häfen, Meerwasserquellbad im Nordseebad Dangast, das schwimmende Moor...). Wir leben naturnah, unsere beiden (sehr lieben) Hunde und Hühner spazieren durch den Garten, Vogelgesang ist allgegenwärtig. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden!

New: quiet, bright and with a sauna!

We are offering this cozily furnished upstairs apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023. Ideal for two people, without children, without animals. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, hairdryer, shower and shampoo, the kitchen even with a dishwasher. The infrared sauna offers pure relaxation, as does the garden terrace A small forest with pond is within walking distance and the East Frisian hiking trail is directly adjacent to our farm. Shopping in 1.5 km.

Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Apartment Rental Bootsmann

Unsere exklusive Ferienwohnung Bootsmann, mit eigener Sauna und Balkon, bietet einen besonderen Rückzugsort auf Langeoog und ist perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wenige Gehminuten vom lebhaften Inseldorf entfernt, ideal für den Einkaufsbummel und Ihre Restaurantbesuche, bietet die Lage unserer sehr geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung erholsame Ruhe. Der Strand ist ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen, ein Fahrradverleih ist direkt in der Nachbarschaft vorhanden.

At Kutterhafen 8 - Nordic Mood

nordic mood Am Kutterhafen 8 Fedderwardersiel / North Sea Just a few steps from the cutter harbor, up to 6 people plus a furry friend can enjoy a wonderful time on the North Sea. A chic bathroom with its own sauna, bathtub and floor-level shower area as well as 3 TV-free bedrooms with box spring beds and real sleep time extension, thanks to blackout pleats, are located on the upper floor of the house. There is plenty of closet space for the vacation wardrobe.

Dune castles right on the beach

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Bicycle

Fietje is a 63 m² vacation rental on the ground floor, quietly and rurally located in a historic Gulf farmhouse. It offers one bedroom, a living room, and an open-plan kitchen with a ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, and fully automatic coffee machine. The terrace, garden with garden furniture, and fenced property invite you to relax. With a sauna and infrared cabin (for a fee), Wi-Fi, and private parking, it is ideal for relaxing days with family and dogs.

Villa Hafenkieker

Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. In the fenced garden, a seating area, a barbecue and a beach chair invite you to relax. The large playground opposite attracts the kids outside, the existing PlayStation 5 ensures entertaining evenings. Your dog is welcome!

Apartment in an idyllic location

In the midst of East Frisian nature between estates, canals and idyllic trees lies our country house (Grünhoff's Landhuus) with its historic charm. The "Oll Kohstall" impresses with a spacious living and dining area with old timber frame, three charming bedrooms that could not be more different, a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a kitchen in a special design. The spacious property invites you to relax and enjoy.

Cozy wooden house on the edge of the forest with sauna

On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! This spacious house has two bedrooms with double beds, a shower room and a large bathroom. The large living room with fireplace leads into the kitchen area. On the second floor with a gallery, next to one of the two bedrooms, there is another room with a sofa, as well as the large bathroom. From the kitchen you can reach a spacious terrace with a large garden. The house is great for 2 couples.
