The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

"FeWo Krabbenbude" - modern & within walking distance of the beach

We lovingly renovated our "Krabbenbude" in the summer and fulfilled a cozy living dream for ourselves. A modern open kitchen invites you to cook with lots of accessories. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds - for upscale sleeping comfort. The large and cozy living-dining area with electric fireplace offers plenty of space for the whole family. Fiberglass is also available free of charge. You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement.

From Heimathafen, you can easily reach the beach and the harbor of Dornumersiel or the "Dornumersieler Tief" in just 20 minutes on foot, where you can example, you can ride a pedal boat. The apartment is also the perfect starting point for cycling tours.

Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Our farm is located directly on the Wadden Sea World Natural Heritage Site, through which you can walk with Watt'n Piet (Peter) to the island of Baltrum.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. From the quietly located villa, the beach of Dornumersiel is in approx. 5 minutes by car. It can also be reached via the dike, on foot or by bike after about 3 km. The villa is ideally located to explore East Frisia and the East Frisian Islands.
