Great stay in an beautiful city

We were a group of eight that rented the entire home for 10 wonderful days. The location of the home was perfect for exploring the magical village of Sarlat as well as going outside of the walled city to enjoy other parts of the beautiful Dordogne Valley. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the well furnished house and the courtyard was an extra bonus. The magic was being able to walk out the door and view the village and walk through the labyrinth of cobblestone streets to countless restaurants, numerous shops and endless historical beauty. Tyler was very responsive to all of needs and we would all recommend this to anyone that is fortunate enough to visit Sarlat.

Excellent stay with friends in this quiet house with beautiful spaces, nice tranquility and pleasant pool on this beautiful weekend. Overall we had a nice stay! The only downside is the lack of a 3rd toilet - which for 12 people is useful (but we were warned before we arrived, and we know it was exceptional).

Excellent location. If you know the Dordogne it is just as you’d expect. Peaceful and surrounded by rolling hills of grass, corn and beautiful sunflowers! House is super. Just note that all bar one bedroom have interlinking doors. This can be positive for some but may put off others. It didn’t impact our stay at all.

We had two very relaxing weeks at Gîte Magitte. The house is situated in the countryside amidst beautiful wheat fields and walnut groves, near the village of Bardenac so peace and quiet are guaranteed. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything one could need, including air conditioning in the two downstairs bedrooms which was very much appreciated when temperatures rose above 35C. Our little terrier had plenty of space to run around as the garden is huge although not enclosed. The pièce de resistance with these temperatures was of course the beautiful swimming pool where we spent most of our day. The owner Guillaume was always accessible and replied immediately to any message we sent. We will certainly come back.

La Chaumière is really a very nice place, a little timeless thanks to the care given by Brigitte to each item of decoration. Also thanks to the coolness and shade brought by the park's trees, and the beautiful pool, we spent a quiet week there, untouched by the hustle and bustle outside. The games room and ping pong table were also much appreciated. The area is of course beautiful and there is no shortage of places to visit nearby. Thank you to Brigitte for her warm welcome and to Bernard for his availability (thank you for the TV!). This stay was a real pleasure and will remain one of our best memories!

We had such an amazing stay at Cassandra's beautiful chateau!!! Fantastic space with gym and beautiful gardens and so peaceful. Such a magical region. Cassandra and her housekeeper Martina were amazing and very helpful. Our entire stay felt like we were in a fairy tale. :) Would definitely come back!

We had a great weekend with the family at this place for our cousinade! The property is spacious, perfectly equipped and very clean, with all the comforts to accommodate a large group. The outdoor spaces are perfect for sharing moments together (swimming pool, petanque, children's games). Marie was very responsive, welcoming and available. Thank you again for the special touches upon arrival and the ease of organization. This is a place we highly recommend for gatherings with family or friends.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! It is superbly equipped and had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space is great: beautifully maintained and very private and the river views are stunning. The pool was perfect for our three teens and they also appreciated the access to Netflix. The location is great as you can walk to nearby shops and restaurants and are an easy drive from multiple local attractions.

Great stay with friends at Angélique's. Adults and children enjoyed the pool and spa but also the darts, ping pong table and foosball... very well-equipped house, comfortable bedding, clean linen... Thank you to Angélique for her availability.

We had a lovely stay, the villa was in a beautiful setting and had lovely grounds and pool. It was well equipped with two kitchens, a bbq and slept 12 comfortably. Would definitely recommend to others and return back!

Spectacular stay at Le Cheval Blanc! We loved our week at this large but charming house in the countryside. Beautiful, clean and cozy bedrooms! Large comfortable living room area with a wood stove that came in handy in the unusually cool September. The kitchen-wow. The best appointed kitchen we have ever encountered! And then, there are the hosts that went above and beyond to make our experience phenomenal. Delicious welcome meal and a well stocked fridge to get us started. Bill and Jill were friendly and very helpful. Walks in the area possible. Many villages to visit within an hour or two. It was an amazing week. You should stay at Le Cheval Blanc!

A superb house in quiet countryside on the edge of a small village. The pool is fantastic and was necessary in the heat to cool down. The house ha everything and more than you need for a comfortable time, very well equipped and everything worked. The hosts were great at communicating and it was nice to meet Mireielle who showed us round the house and how everything worked. The village has a great little restaurant that serves great food at a great price and were very accommodating to us when we arrived very late in their service hours. All round a fantastic house and a great stay. Thanks

Just finished a wonderful week at Paul's villa. It is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Pool is amazing! Direct access to the Dordogne from the back gate and a really handy river side cafe which sells salads/fish/chips/drinks etc. Villa was spotless and would have no hesitation in returning, in fact if I had the means I would love to buy it 😍😂 Communication from Paul/Elisa and Arthur perfect. If you are thinking of visiting Vezac, book this property!!

We had a great time in this fabulous home equipped with everything you could dream of to spend pleasant moments with friends or family: a superb and large swimming pool, several terraces, and even a sauna. We really enjoyed the bucolic charm of the park and the birds singing in the early morning. Thank you so much for sharing this little piece of heaven with us that already makes us want to come back. What a fabulous find in the peaceful and beautiful area of Bouzic. A really well appointed home with everything you need for a great stay. The home is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you need for a family or couples stay. Pool side is lovely. A great space to relax overlooking the well maintained garden and countryside. Amanda was a great host. Always responsive to questions and available when needed. Overall one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The photos do not do the home justice. Thanks again Amanda.

We stayed 3 nights in this very nice house to discover the Périgord region. The setting is beautiful: a huge plot, birdsong, waking up in the middle of nature — a real moment of peace. The pool is a real plus, especially after a day of sightseeing! We would recommend it without hesitation
