The holiday home called Côté Jardin (3 to 4 pers.), one of the 4 cottages of domaine Le Nid des Oiseaux, a large mansion of the 15th- 16th C with outbuilding, all stone build is located with courtyard and exceptional garden with century old trees, is situated in the lovely village of Cubjac on the Auvézère river at 20 km of Périgueux, 12 km of Tourtoirac Caves, 20 km of Hautefort Castle, about 30 km of Montignac-Lascaux and a bit more to the south you find Sarlat, Les Eyzies and much more.

A small, very quiet sandy beach is located at the bottom of the house.

This cottage is located in Lanobre (Cantal) bordering Puy De Dome (7 km) and Corrèze (5 km). Lanobre (1400 inhabitants) with all its shops (food, bakery, bars, restaurant, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser etc...) offering many water activities with the Bort les Orgues dam, come and discover the Chateau de Val, village of Salers, the Bourboule, Mont Dore, hiking, the mountain (Puy de Sancy etc...), you won't be disappointed!!! Maison M is a historical Maison de Maitre in the bastide town of Sainte Foy la Grande . It overlooks the Dordogne river and it is great base for visiting the medieval towns in the surrounding area. It has a large leafy garden, pool & secure parking. Bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, cinema next door . The Saturday street market is famous. I am happy to make reservations for restaurants/kayak/wine tasting.

Relax in a deck chair on a private beach by the river. There is a 1 or 2 person modern unsinkable sit on top kayak with which you can paddle down the beautiful river.
