18th century building offering a charming 35 m2 independent accommodation, completely renovated with a terrace to have coffee in the sun in the morning. The studio is organized around a kitchen open to an oak bar with a sitting area and connected TV. The bedroom with Buletex bedding and stone bathroom. You will be in a quiet place while being less than a kilometer from shops and swimming in the Dordogne. Close to the most beautiful villages in France, castles and gardens.

Saint Laurent la Vallée: in the middle of the countryside

In the middle of the countryside, studio adjoining my house, with independent entrance, including a kitchenette, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a shower room with Italian shower and private terrace. The 10m X 5m swimming pool, sunbeds, is shared with myself. Dining shelter equipped with a plancha, table + 4 chairs. Ping pong table. We are located in Belvès at 10kms, charming medieval village, Castelnaud at 10kms, Domme at 18kms, Sarlat at 20kms. The pool is open in late May.

A real slice of heaven Protected by the calm of the forest in the heart of the golden triangle, this authentic Périgourdine is located in a magical hamlet 15 minutes from Sarlat. Rare and atypical, this house is my treasure! ⚠️2 adorable cats are to be fed during your stay. Very grateful to the hosts, they sometimes bring back "gifts" (birds, voles) that are not always appreciated by humans!!! Please remember to bring your sheets, comforter cover and pillowcases.

Stunning Dordogne holiday house & heated pool

Les Brandes is perfect for a complete retreat from the pressure of daily life. Two lovely stone houses and a large heated private pool sit at the end of a track, surrounded by woodland and pasture. The two houses offer great flexibility for a group of family or friends, with space for 9. If you are a smaller group you can rent one cottage for a reduced price (except in July & August). The cottages will never be let independently of each other.

We welcome you in an outbuilding of our house, former sheepfold, which we have renovated with passion to offer you a stay in the heart of nature, a short walk from the Dordogne Valley. Quiet, secluded, the sheepfold is ideal if you are looking for a haven of tranquility to recharge your batteries at the edge of the forest. The location also allows you to enjoy the beauty of the Dordogne, its rivers, caves, restaurants and small villages.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
