Approximately forty-five miles from the Colorado Springs Airport and 122 miles from the Denver International Airport. It offers all of the amenities of home except a washer and dryer but the scenery and views well make up for it.

This is the last to be restored and now working to restore the 40 acres of forest and pond. This quiet location offers peace and serenity and a view of Pikes Peak.
