We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sanctuary! The guest house is well-marked with signs so it was easy to find and know where to park. Every possible amenity we could need was available, and the location was quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the extra treat of Ann’s cookies! We hope to stay again next time we plan a trip to the area.

Deserves 10 stars! Was a home away from home. Amenities galore including flat irons and a fondue maker! Everything was crisp and clean and tastefully decorated. Was very safe and quiet. Host also took the time to search for a lost item after we checked oùt...we greatly appreciated their efforts. Will absolutely stay again.

Cozy Home away from home retreat- Wine & games

Our host Dwayne was so thoughtful and respectful when it came to answering our questions if needed. Everything in the house was welcoming like anything you needed it was there and easy to find. Also had entertainment and areas that were close to drive or walk if you like to explore. Plus the place gave my family an experience and opportunity to meet their first grandson which was amazing. They can’t wait to come back and find this place again when their grandson gets older or just explore more on Colorado with my girlfriend and I.

This cabin was the perfect cabin for our family getaway. We had space on one level for the kids and another level for adults when we hung out. The kids loved running around outside with all the space and adults loved the hot tub and comfortable beds. The kitchen is so adorable and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The views are everything! We loved going on some hikes and suggestions Kayla had!

Ron knew that we were celebrating a milestone birthday for my husband. I was so impressed and grateful for the extra personal touches Ron provided for us. He had romantic lighting and music on for us. He took the time to light incense so that we walked into a magical, perfect, romantic setting. We had been traveling all day and unfortunately made it to the airbnb much later than we expected to. Ron met us at the location and waited for us, to make sure that we arrived safely and to the correct place. The airbnb itself is cozy and quirky and made us feel right at home. I honestly had a hard time leaving. We would gladly stay again and in fact, are already planning our next trip.

This house was absolutely incredible! It was well kept and welcoming. Things were readily available and Zoltan was always a quick call away and attentive! When we return to Colorado Springs, we will absolutely stay here again! Also, the views from the backyard are BREATHTAKING! Felt very nice to sit outside and appreciate the views!

Luxurious, Quiet, Families, Hot Tub, Location

I was in town for work for a trade show. The place was as advertized. I had a little trouble figuring out the grill but the host was responsive and got me up and running right away. It was nice to have an unlimited gas line for the grill vs a propane tank or charcole. There is plenty of things to occupy you inside and outside the property. The gas firepit was nice during the evenings. This is a short way from Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak which are must visits.

This was a perfect place to stay to relax and enjoy time with our family. Sarah was so nice to let us check in early! The accommodations were spacious and peaceful. My favorite parts were enjoying time by the gas fireplace in the living room and sitting on the back deck enjoying nature. Sarah had great communication during the whole process and was a perfect host. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Monument again. Thank you Sarah for sharing your home! We loved spending time there!

Our stay was great! Not a huge space, but perfect for what we needed. Everything is very clean and modern. The walls are thin, and I was a little nervous because we had our baby with us about bothering the other tenants however, I don't think it was an issue. We asked to stay an extra day while we were there because of the weather and the host was very gracious and responded right away. We had a great time!

This spot is such a hidden gem and definitely worth a stay! The space was adorably decorated and accurate to the description. The hosts were also wonderful, very communicative and friendly! I needed an early check in which they were amazing at accommodating. The extra touches to welcome pets is also very appreciated and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here and will stay again myself when I pass through.

Jill's place was great! We stayed there for 2 days, and it was a nice home base for exploring Colorado Springs. It was the perfect size for two of us, and had everything we needed for the time we were there. Jill was very proactive in her communications and responsive whenever we had a question. Check in & out were very simple. We'd stay there again if we ever returned to the Springs!

The house was in a quiet location and well designed. Our family of 5 enjoyed running on the path nearby, walking to the local coffee shop and it was a quick drive into town. The two floor layout was appreciated to enable the teens some independent space. While we were there it was warm and sunny and the next day snow. :-) The house accommodated both well! I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail regarding cooking supplies, furniture and bedding. The upstairs guests were hardly noticed and easy to co-exist. Only upgrade would be to add a master bathroom, but we were comfortable and very happy.

Mathew's place well exceeds 5 star rating expectations. He is truly amazing as host. His policies are honest, simple, and based on mutual respect. The only thing he asks of his guests is smoke free cabin, leave on time, and don't be disrespectful. He was very responsive before, during, and after the stay. He let me know that the property was available before check in time and allowed me to arrive early. The accommodations are spectacular. A small draw back is the un-paved road if your car or driving level is not accustomed to being off road. The breath taking views and beauty of the property exceeds the photos. The cabin was extremely inviting with all amenities stated and extras, while leaving enough room for things you brought along. The areas around the cabin are set up with pathways and trails to go explore. The scenery and mountain views make you feel one with nature with all the comforts of home. This property has the best hosts and cozy comfortable accommodations.

Kevin’s home is beautiful the pictures do it no justice. Kevin is an accommodating host and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to use the home again. The entire home was clean and spacious. I really felt at home.

We had a great time at the cabin. The place was thoughtfully decorated, well stocked, and very clean. Location was an easy drive to Castle Rock, but we spent most of our time at the cabin enjoying the privacy and beautiful views. I’ve lived here my whole life, but Colorado is still such a dream. We’ll definitely be back!
