It is close to Open Space areas with outstanding hiking/biking trails, rock climbing, and world class golf venues. There is a coffee shop/wine bar and great dining and shopping a short distance away. You will be close to all of the attractions of Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region.

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.

A designated workspace features a wooden desk paired with a brown chair. A vintage-style lamp provides illumination. Shelving units made of dark wood are filled with books and decorative items. Exposed brick adds texture to the wall, while natural light enhances the room's inviting feel.
