Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house has a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. The house has 1,200 square meters of natural garden/forest. With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

Rooms: large room with kitchen-living room, fireplace (also for heating) + underfloor heating (for tiles), large bright attic: yoga/meditation room (please only enter barefoot/on socks-thank), 2 bedrooms upstairs, other sleeping facilities (living room, barn, gable), only one bathroom, 2nd in extension, large garden.

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Rural location in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden with forest directly behind it offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the second floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Of course, we also have a pool and hot tub (outside covered) and it is included. Please contact us beforehand. 😊

If you love patina walls, vintage furniture and an individual style of furnishing, you will feel comfortable in this apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is bright and can accommodate up to 3 people on 70 square meters. It has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a 140 cm bed in one bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom has a 90 bed. Please note: As this is an old building, the shower situation is not ideal (no shower curtain can be attached).

The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, not far from the Havelradweg and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. There is no heating for safety reasons. If you're interested, you can play table tennis, badminton or just relax in the shade or sun.
