The apartment has a living, dining and sleeping area with adjoining balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is rented fully equipped for the time when I am not in Berlin. It is otherwise inhabited by myself and therefore contains everything you need - utensils, spices, oils, laundry detergent, ...

Direkte Buslinie zum Zoologischen Garten. Das ca. 55sqm Apartment selbst ist hoch gelegen im Hinterhof, daher sonnig und ruhig! Unser Apartment ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche des Olympiastadions, der Waldbühne oder der Messe-Berlin. Das Apartment hat eine vollausgestattete Küche, einen Kamin sowie eine Terrasse. U-Bahn und Busse (z.B. U2 oder M45) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (U-Ruhleben und U-Olympiastadion). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.
