Vacation rentals with breakfast in Destin

Our family enjoyed our time in Destin. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four and centrally located to the beach, restaurants and lots of other fun activities (Fat Daddy’s Arcade, June Decker Beach, Gulfarium and The Back Porch.

Kevin was greatly helpful and accommodating. The place was just like the pictures and helped our group enjoy our spring break trip even more!

Great place to stay

Brandy’s place was just like the photos—absolutely perfect! She was so responsive and answered any questions or concerns right away, which made everything even smoother. The property was super comfortable, with plenty of space for my family of 5. The beach was right there, and we loved how close it was to major attractions and restaurants—everything was just minutes away! We had such a pleasant stay and would definitely book again the next time we visit Panama City!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the host was very accommodating. We really enjoyed having the nature preserve just out the back door, and walked on trails there almost every day. There were tons of things available for the kids, including beach toys, a little arcade, basketball hoops, and lots of books, which was great for us. There were also beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, basically everything you would need at the beach. That was awesome because you can't really bring all that stuff on an airplane. The golf cart was a hit with everyone! We spent a lot of time sitting on the front porch in the big swing. The neighborhood pool was also a hit with our grandson. There was a large TV in the living room, which was perfect for watching March Madness. If we were in the area again, we would definitely love a repeat stay!

This is a beautiful condo on a private section of the beach, cleaner and more calm than further down the beach. Easily can walk to the pier or across the street for some ice cream at Jeremiah’s. Winn Dixie is right across the street. The condo had so many things we brought from home that we didn’t need to.. beach chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie and skim boards… beach towels.. plenty of towels for showering etc. The kitchen has all the essentials and the host stocks the fridge with drinks milk eggs bagels to start you off (so nice!). The view from the balcony of the gulf is incredible. Beautiful condo and very responsive and helpful host. We rented a pontoon from Adventures at Sea and they were great! Can’t wait to come back!

the place was just as described if you like a cabin in the woods with few neighbors this is the place! Janet was a great host with very attractive and polite! she took care of all the issues we had! Thank you Janet!

We love 30A, and this home is the only place we will stay in the area. This was our 4th time staying here, and it has become a home away from home for us! I am so particular about rentals being clean, and this home is spotless. The owners are SO kind, helpful and responsive. They are very knowledgeable about the area, and have the home stocked with everything you could possibly need - whether you are traveling as adults, with children, or with your pet. The house is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors and a short walk to the beach and amazing restaurants. The house has a precious putt putt game in the backyard, is stocked with cornhole and beach supplies, and even supplies for your pet. It is just perfect and we are so thankful that we found this awesome home and cannot wait for our next trip!! Thank you to the wonderful hosts!!

My wife and I stayed here and it was such a beautiful location and condo. The host was very nice and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!
