Vacation rentals with a fire pit in DeSoto County

Had a relaxing time. Gina was very responsive to questions. We would certainly stay with Gina again. The house is very cute.

This is a beautiful home in a peaceful beautiful neighborhood with extremely manicured lawns. I’m sure the residents are in competition with each other 😊. The home has all the resources and comforts any family would need, well done! On my visit in March of 2023, I will check the availability for the same location.

The house was more than we could have asked for. Everything was brand new, clean, and thoughtful. We’re actually locals and can attest to the great location. Surrounded by safe parks, great food, and easy access to everything. Great host that was always responsive and hospitable!

This place was absolutely amazing! It looked exactly as listed! Very spacious, clean, upscale, and private! My family loved the space! Unlike most houses this one had a TV in every room. It had extra accommodations such as cots in the event you have children or extra guests! This space was very accommodating... Plenty of bathrooms, very comfortable beds, plenty private areas, as well as shared common areas. The backyard was so serene and peaceful and the lake gave it an extra touch! Great kitchen and an up to date laundry area! 10/10 Book it now!

The beautiful home on Cox Avenue was simply perfect in every way, and our hosts were extraordinarily gracious-- from the handwritten welcome letter to the delicious loaf of homemade pumpkin bread that met us when we arrived. It was also such a blessing to have a lovely kitchen, complete with plenty of coffee for our stay. We were in Memphis for our twin sons' graduation from Rhodes College, and the home was a lovely place for all of us to hang out -- both on the front patio complete with swinging loveseat and on the spacious and pleasant back patio. We could not recommend the Cox Avenue home more highly.

We loved staying at Cathy's place! We came into town for Memorial Day Weekend so just a few days. Cathy greeted us when we got to her place and was super easy to get in touch with during our stay. We also loved how well stocked the place was and how thoughtful the touches were (coffee, filtered water, plates, extra towels, body wash, etc).

Ben was an incredible host. His home is fantastic and beautifully decorated. It was very clean, lots of extras, comfortable beds, easy to locate, and close to everything! We would stay there again with no question. Highly recommend!

we didn't get to stay as planned. so the 5 stars are to be applied to our smooth transition with our postponement. it couldn't have been smoother. we will be there if for no other reason, to just say thank you. looking forward to setting that date.

The cabin was nice & clean. Not a large space but adequate. The host, Penny, was nice, provided everything we needed & was responsive to messages/questions. I would recommend this place!

Penny was so friendly! She was the epitome of southern charm and hospitality! She even took a few minutes to sit down and chat with me and provide me with local directions. The cabin was absolutely precious! So pretty! The decor was beautiful, with many thoughtful touches! The restaurant was awesome, too! The food was tasty and the rustic atmosphere was just lovely ! I would absolutely stay again!

Always very friendly. Easy to contact. We’ve stayed at The Courtyard many times over the years and it’s always a good visit. We love being able to walk to the steakhouse then stop back by the grill for live music before walking back. I love sitting on the patio for coffee. Always recommending to everyone for a nice getaway.
