Monthly Rentals in Derrivore

My 3 friends and I spent a fantastic 3 days in Liam’s house. Margaret, who looks after the house, met us on arrival and was extremely welcoming, contact before and throughout our stay was great. The house was very well stocked and Margaret had even left freshly cooked brown bread, milk, fruit and other provisions. The house is large, bright, clean, warm and very comfortable. The bedrooms are big with large doubles in each and one room is en-suite. There are two reception rooms that are very relaxing and a well stocked kitchen with dinning table and chairs. You will find every utensil, pot, pan etc you need. A great house to come home to after exploring. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and the location is ideal being about 6 mins drive from both Eyeries and Castletown-bere. I would recommend having car although there is a taxi service in Castletown-bere. If you’re staying in this area this is a great house to stay in. I’ll be back here in the future and hope to stay here again.

We stayed as a family of five with three kids aged between 10 and 15. The house is newly renovated and though modern it is still cosy. Every part of it felt fresh and spotless. We loved the open plan kitchen/ living/ dining area overlooking Kenmare Bay but the smaller sitting room meant that the kids could watch tv while we got peace. Everything you could possibly need is supplied and it is these little touches as well as the milk, bread and butter waiting for us on arrival which make the property so special. There is a super selection of books and kids games in the event of a rainy day. The house is ideally situated in the village with a shop across the road and a pub and café down the street. It is also a short walk down to the pier for a swim. Miriam is an excellent host who gave us lots of useful information pre trip and checked in with us after we arrived to see if all was ok. I absolutely recommend The Pink House and we fully intend to return.

Very comfortable space in a beautiful location. Spacious bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need for self catering. Great scenery and great walks in the local area. Majella was available, responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and will be back.

Sea Haven was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. It had everything you would need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. The furnishings, dishes, pots and pans, appliances and bath necessities were all provided and in good order. There was a lot to do and see in the area, and the views from the house were gorgeous. We especially loved having a fire in the mornings in the stove and watching the sunsets in the evenings. Martha was also a very helpful and responsive host. I would definitely stay at Sea Haven again!
