Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Del Coco Beach

Everything was great. It’s actually on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. I think that should be made more clear. Not a big deal to me but for some people it could be. Otherwise, the team was responsive and ready if I contacted them and the view is great. Clean and very nice place.

The condo was perfect for our 10-day stay in Playa Del Coco. Plenty of space for two couples, cool AC, great patio with pool view, well equipped kitchen, all as shown in photos. We walked to the grocery store, to town, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the beach club, the pools, and pickleball courts. Raquel from Brokers was very helpful and patient, proactive and communicative from the time we reserved through our departure.

Tuvimos un problema con los televisores que no funcionaban, si trataron de arreglarlo al segundo día de estar ahí, pero al final lo arreglaron el día antes de desocupar. Seria bueno pensar en colocar ascensores, ya por algún adulto mayor que necesite o en mi caso que tuve un problema en la rodilla me nos hizo difícil subir y bajar. Si seria importante valorar la hora de entrada y salida, ya que uno paga por noche pero casi no puede disfrutar el primer día y ni el ultimo día. Gracias

The location was quiet and easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Grocery store is one building away. Host was on premises. Friendly neighbors nice pool.

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de un excelente fin de semana en Luxana, el apartamento muy seguro, bien equipado y muy cómodo, tal como se aprecia en las fotos, Ana y Luis siempre resolvieron nuestras dudas y se preocuparon por que nos sintieramos de la mejor manera, rodeado de restaurantes y comercio en general y a 10-20 minutos en auto de las principales playas, el apartamento estuvo dispoble antes del check-in y nos permitieron irnos unas horas después del check-out, lo que nos permitió un mayor disfrute... Sin lugar a dudas volvería a Luxana!

You are across the street from a beach that has the most beautiful waves you can get lost in. I stayed out there for an hour just watching them, probably nicest waves I’ve seen here. Oddly enough, after staying in several brand new Tamarindo homes - this home had the LEAST amount of ants / spiders. I didn’t see any. I did spray OFF at the entrance once and it did seem to work for the entire week. Kept the door closed ofcourse so no mosquitos. We walked up to the pizza/pasta restaurant and absolutely loved it. They make kids pizza in Disney shaped and a kids margarita. We had steak with chimichurry next door at the Lebanese restaurant which was so good. The Indian restaurant directly behind is great too. We picked up a few times. I’d say plan to eat out because the restaurants are good on this street and walkable. This was also the safest street I’ve experienced in all of Costa Rica. I felt comfortable walking at night and that was new for me. Location is great!

great locations and nice pool in the complex. some decent stairs so would recommend a lower unit for anyone who has trouble. the hosts communicated well through messaging and arranged for a golf cart(added fee but worth it) to be there when we arrived. that way we could hop around the whole resort.

La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario y la cocina está muy bien equipada, es un lugar tranquilo y cerca de playas. Fernando nos trató muy bien y siempre estuvo muy atento a nuestras consultas, lo recomiendo, sin duda volvería.

Santiago, Natalia and their team were responsive and friendly. The house is in pristine condition. The pool gazebo was especially enjoyable considering its design, size and amenities. We plan on returning as soon as we have a chance.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house in Costa Rica. The home was beautifully designed, clean, and thoughtfully appointed — everything felt comfortable and well-maintained. They went above and beyond, helping us plan our entire trip, from local recommendations to coordinating activities and transportation. Their help made everything easy and stress-free. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-supported getaway in Costa Rica.

Our family of three adults and two kids had a great stay! The house was increidbly spacious and the pool in the backyard was amazing - nicely shaded for when we'd all had too much sun at the beach but still wanted to enjoy the warm weather and water. We loved eating meals outside and watching the iguanas and birds - the backyard felt very private and lush. The walk to the beach was very short and great - the beach felt very private compared to other areas nearby and the ocean was incredibly warm. We had no issues at all with the house alarm system as other reviewers have noted (no middle of the night alarms and no trouble with kids setting it off). The kitchen had everything we needed to make about half our meals at the house - all the pots, pans, utensils and plenty of dishes and flatware for our group of five. The dishwasher and appliances all worked perfectly. The house was very walkable to the many great restaurants in the area. Juvenal and Larry were both very responsive!

Had an amazing stay at this place in Playa Grande! The host was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions quickly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The pool and the entire property were absolutely stunning – a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

This home is absolutely beautiful. Very tastefully decorated. The host went above and beyond whenever we reached out. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to others.

Everything was great. Quiet, but also near restaurants, groceries and beaches. Communication was clear and quick. Very comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend Claire's place.

We enjoyed Patrick's condo and all the amenities. It literally has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool and the extra large balcony. Groceries and restaurants all within walking distance. Best of all, Patrick was very responsive to any inquiries. Thanks Patrick, pura vida!

Emilie's condo was perfect. It was easy to check in and the instructions were very clear. The unit was on the second floor with 2 separate bedrooms and a bed in the loft. It had a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and pans for cooking and preparing food. Plenty of beach chairs, pool towels and other things to make it feel like home. Beds were firm, but comfortable. Close walking distance to shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out and relax. The grounds of the condo were beautiful and well maintained - felt like being in a tropical forest. The other residents were also friendly. The BEST part was how helpful and responsive Melissa, Emilie's assistant, was. Melissa was always VERY friendly, answered any questions I had about the condo and how to get to places. Always answered in minutes of my requests. She was proactive with check in and check out instructions and all were very detailed. This made us feel at home.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful and quiet spot. The view from the deck is gorgeous. The pool was great to have as well. The unit is bigger than it looks in the pictures, lovingly taken care of. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for our family - greatly appreciated the amply supplies.

Este alojamiento es una joya! Desde la llegada pudimos notar que es súper acogedor, impecable y justo lo que necesitamos para una excelente estadía. Está increíblemente bien equipado, con todo lo que necesitábamos para que nuestra estadía fuera memorable. La piscina es una deliciosa forma de como terminar el día. El jacuzzi es ideal para una buena tertulia con amigos. Los alrededores son limpios, ordenados y privados, incluso para una piscina que es compartida. Melissa fue la mejor host. Fue amable, servicial y súper flexible respecto a nuestras necesidades. Nos ayudó con todas las consultas y requerimientos. Un lugar maravilloso sin duda! Gracias 🤩

Ilya was super friendly and helpful. He met us at the gate for check-in and showed us around the unit and property. Everything was clean and easy to access. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a couple min drive into downtown you can find a ton more. The beach is also within walking distance. It’s a calm beach with black sand. Not a lot around there but we had fun with our kids. This place is peaceful and relaxing and has great views of the ocean. Would recommend!
