What a lovely community! The Aquamarine complex is adorable, the pool is perfect, the apartment is tidy and well equipped, and the location is great. Proximity to the airport is a huge plus! Juan Pablo is an excellent on site manager of the property. Lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance (The Wave Bar was great) and a 5 min walk to Coco beach! Wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again if coming to the area, and will highly recommend to friends and family as well.

You will not regret staying here. My boyfriend and I had an unforgettable experience here in cocoa. The view really is that good & the pictures really are accurate. We came during the off season and got great weather, little rain but mostly sunny, and we are already rebooking during peak season. We fell in love with Costa Rica here. Thank you Dean! Lovely condo we will be revisiting soon! If you come you have to go to the restaurant Mar Azul right down the street walking distance! Incredible food great service.

Overall we loved this place. Highly recommend. Calin met us upon arrival which was helpful. Location is great. Short walk to the beach and short drives to 3 other beaches Several restaurants in walking distance. Nice friendly community in a cluster of condos. If you’re staying more than 5 days buy some extra toilet paper and paper towels. And bath soap and shampoo. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. It was a great start to our 3 week adventure in CR. Nadia and Ronny were absolutely great hosts and staff. Nadia was always there for any questions or recommendations where she would help with anything you needed. The property was amazing! So clean and nice just like the photos. Ronny was right there to clean and help with anything you needed at the room. The balcony was great too because you saw the beautiful sun rises and sun sets. The pool was so nice and clean too. The property was a straight shot to the beach and right there next to the restaurant & Bar scene. Groceries were close too. The kitchen was perfect for that too. The bathroom and shower were perfect after a long day at the beach or hiking the jungles. This place made my CR trip so exciting. It was really easy for shuttles to find for pick up so I got to do a bunch of activities. Plus a big drive way if you rent cars, trucks or motorcycles or even ATVs. It was really close to everything and all the tenants were really nice and chill. Overall an incredible time here. 10/10

Lucas and company made us feel right at home. Very attentive to everything, we had a small incident with the Villa, and they immediately changed us to another one, to repair the minor damage it had. Everything is spotless, like new. The location is perfect, very quiet area, and close to everything! We will definitely be back!!!

I had a fantastic stay at Diana’s apartment in El Coco. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to her clear and prompt communication. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet, gated community, it offered a peaceful environment while still allowing for friendly interactions with neighbors. Amenities like the pool and laundry facilities were a bonus, though I wish I’d had more time to enjoy them fully. Diana’s proactive approach and attention to detail made the experience even better. I would definitely return, especially for a longer stay to make the most of all the offerings.

Romel is a kind person, he always cared for every detail , he recommended nearby places such as restaurants , the place is very peaceful, excellent to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax, the apartment is super equipped with kitchen items and appliances, it is very clean and the people who live and stay in the condominium are very pleasant, there is a lot of nature and the maintenance people are very kind and have very clean and well-maintained facilities. I went with my 67 year old mom and she was delighted. The beach is super close and the pool is a delight.

Great place altogether, easy to access, great communication with Clermont and has everything you need. Good space, so you don't feel locked up, it has kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2 TVs, table with extra chairs... The bedroom is comfy and everything felt private, despite being in front of the pool, which is a nice add. About a 15' walk to the beach and even quicker to get to a market for example. Really recommended!

The condo was absolutely beautiful, with the best view of the bay below. Clean, comfortable and cool. Really well stocked kitchen if you’re planning on cooking in. The pool was refreshing after a hot day out and about. Raquel was extremely friendly and timely with communication and suggestions. While you can walk from the condo to the beach, it is up a steep hill along a busy road and you may feel comfortable with a car. Overall we loved our stay here!

The Bungalows near Flamingo Beach truly lived up to my expectations. The views surrounding the property were stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio, which was a lovely spot to relax. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was immaculate and well-maintained. Our host was exceptionally helpful, providing prompt responses to any issues we encountered and offering valuable suggestions for local dining and activities.

Great spot if you want to enjoy Coco. Close to everything.

A home in a quiet, private and comfortable area, the facilities were perfect. New, clean, functional, and comfortable equipment and furniture. They have air conditioning in perfect condition. Michelle was very attentive and very helpful and flexible with the Check-in. I definitely felt right at home.

This place exceeded my expectations. Pictures don’t do justice. The restaurant at the top is AMAZING. Lizette, the person who received us, is a beautiful person and very knowledgeable. Don’t think twice to book this!!!!

Solo female traveling alone. Felt immediately safe and comfortable in the gated community and walking alone to the beach and town. Friendly staff around who really care and take care of the property. Would highly recommend for your stay in Coco Beach! P.S. In case you play pickleball, check out The Club at Coco Bay which is a 5 minute walk. Day passes available. Buy at the desk, not online.

This is really a gem, great location, close from the beach and good restaurants. Good parking slot even for large cars, that is difficult to find. The host was really responsive, giving recommendations about local events, restaurants, etc. The Airbnb was as described in the pictures. I will fully recommend this place.
