The house has 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and separate kitchen, laundry room and also outside with a nice private pool, barbecue area and a small garden. Located in the very popular area of La Zenia, it is only a 5 minute walk to one of the most famous and popular beaches at the Costa Blanca.
