Pool located 10 meters from our property The house sits in a quiet and secluded residential area that is child-friendly. Only home owners can get in with the car in the area. There's a gate on the outside. Kid-friendly. Short distance to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, etc.

Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch.
