Beautiful, cozy cottage located on owner's property. Surrounded by lakes (however not on one), world-class golf, towering pine trees and amazing restaurants and shopping. You will have the cottage to yourself. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, also a full bath. The living room sofa pulls out to sleep two more. We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

The clear water is great for swimming and you're sure to hear the loons and other wildlife. Tioga Rec Area is in the backyard and offers MTB, fat biking, hiking, and snowshoeing. The property looks over Sugar Bay with lovely southern views. Our neighbors are seasonal, so it feels extra secluded in the fall!
