Monthly Rentals in Deer Harbor

This is a very well kept, smaller space that makes walking into town very easy. Checking in was easy, the space was very well stocked, extremely clean, and the t.v. with an electric fireplace was an enjoyable touch. Building noise was fairly low the majority of the time and I did not personally have any issues with it. I spent 3 months here and would strongly recommend Annette as a host! I briefly had some issues with the wifi and Annette was very responsive and proactive in helping get it resolved quickly. Thank you again, Annette for helping me have a place to land for a few months, cheers!

This cottage was truly delightful. Peaceful and quiet and just what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots/pans and bowls for cooking. The deck and beach access and proximity to the marina were all key. We were able to bring our small, well-behaved dog and found lots of nice walking routes. The only thing folks should know is that the couple of restaurant options within walking distance are closed M-T, so you will need to plan to have groceries or to drive to East Sound for more food options. Overall, lovely stay in a peaceful environment.

Weekend celebration for my wife’s birthday and Kate’s place was perfect. Situated close to a freshwater marsh, the bird sounds were incredible. East Sound not so far away and the hiking on turtleback was spectacular. Functional kitchen with everything needed. Gas fireplace in the kitchen was great for ambiance and warmth. My wife took a horse lesson with Kate and was happy to gain more experience. Would def stay again!

Beautiful, charming old family place clearly well-loved by multiple generations. Full of character and exquisitely comfortable. Five star beds and linens, six star seclusion and water view! Delightful pieces of family memorabilia are worth taking the time to notice (we loved reading the song about climbing Mt. Constitution). Host had made plenty of potable water available, too, which was much appreciated.
