We had a fantastic stay! The ocean view was breathtaking, and the home was neat, cozy, and perfectly situated in the middle of amazing wildlife. Tom and Miriam were such kind and Helpful hosts, offering thoughtful hospitality touches like homemade banana bread, cookies, and blackberry jam. They also provided us with some guidance that only local’s would know. We couldn’t have asked for better stay—highly recommend!

Beautiful home with lots of natural light, views of big evergreen and Madrona trees, nice deck and hot tub on lower level patio. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable to cook in.

Our stay at Bettina's was great! We traveled with our pup and toddler. The house was very private and offered plenty of outdoor space for our dog to explore safely. We also really appreciated that there weren't a lot of trinkets around the house for our toddler to mess with. The high chair and crib that were provided were an added bonus! Overall, our stay was peaceful, private, clean, and offered beautiful ocean views!

Heart of Eastsound - Entire home (Walk to it all!)

We had a great time here! The home was clean and well set up for a long weekend visit. The house set up is a bit unusual, but it is a historic home and it wasn't problematic at all. The bedrooms were on the 'bottom' floor and the main living space was the 'main' floor. The kitchen was large and had everything that we needed. We had plenty of towels and sheets. The hosts were great with communication too. The only things that I would note for others - and really these are MY issues and if I had read the listing more closely I would have seen them. One, the driveway is a hill. We have a (non 4wd) minivan and it was a little challenging to drive it up the hill. If it was muddy or icy, it would have been a lot more difficult. Also while the home was pretty kid friendly, we did have to put away the fire tools (just a head's up for others) and I wish that there was another lock on the bottom floor door, as our escape artist toddler kept opening it. But overall, great stay! Thank you!

A beautiful and peaceful property just a short walk from the beach and conveniently close to Eastsound. The location was perfect for our family, quiet and scenic, but still very accessible to town. We loved our stay!

A gravel path winds through a lush forest, flanked by tall trees and vibrant greenery. The sun filters through the foliage, casting dappled shadows on the ground. A glimpse of a pond can be seen beyond the trees, adding to the serene atmosphere.

If you’re planning a trip to the San Juan Islands Orcas Outpost on Orcas Island is simply the best option. Orcas Outpost has everything you need to enjoy a nice weekend camping: the tent pad is perfectly level and elevated off the ground keeping the tent warm, firewood and other camp necessities were provided, and the kitchen area made camp meals nice and easy! The location is incredibly private, and the sound of the birds, frogs, and other animals makes for an incredible environment.
