Monthly Rentals in Deer Bay

Perfect place for a larger group looking for a place with a ton to do both inside and out. Area down by the lake and the kitchen were especially nice with both having a lot of space and multiple cooking options (including the pizza oven which made amazing pizza and the high grade ready to go coffee machine). 80 inch TV with a pool table and bar behind it was perfect for watching sports and a hot tub was right off the walkout basement. Hosts were great. Friendly, clear instructions and responsive. Would stay again and well worth the price if you're considering something a little cheaper with less amenities.

My husband and I celebrated our 1stwedding anniversary kayaking in The Kawarthas. Shay's place met all the requirements we needed for our stay out of town. The place was immaculate, had all the amenities we needed and the bedding, bed and towels were hotel quality. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Sandy upholds a high standard of hosting. All the little details were taken care of. Her place was immaculate and was such great value for money. I was fortunate enough to bump into Sandy and she was very friendly and easygoing. I wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb without any reservations.
