Vacation rentals with a patio in DeBary

Literally a perfect apartment in every sense. Great price, great views, great location, great condition of the apartment. For anyone traveling to Orlando going to the parks, golfing, or just vacation, this apartment could not be in a better location. There is TONS of stuff to do within walking distance and I think the most we spent on an Uber was $35 since everything is so close. You can see Universal lit up at night and you can catch the Disney fireworks from the MASSIVE balcony. It really did feel like a home away from home, and we felt very comfortable there after a long day relaxing on the porch. As for Toby and the property manager Liz, they were extremely accommodating with our early check in plus very responsive and friendly. I was almost hesitant to write this review because I want the apartment to be available the next time I go to Orlando!

This place was awesome! We had a comfy place to rest our heads after our concert!! I can’t even tell you how super close to UCF this place is!!!! It was perfect in every aspect, great for restaurants and things to see and do!! Thank you for a great place to rest my head!

Cute and quiet stay. Perfect place for two people. Very peaceful with a beautiful little lake behind property. About 25 minutes to Universal and to Disney World. We will definitely be booking this place again

Mikes place was exactly as described , TV’s are way bigger than the photos provided. Check in is easy you don’t have to talk to nobody at the front desk easy access in and out . There is construction going on around the property but that wasn’t a downfall to me. Only downfall is the water is lukewarm in the shower I’m a hot hot hot water person but I understand all residents are on a water heater so overall I am really greatful and appreciative of my stay and highly recommend if you just want somewhere peaceful and nice to sleep at

Hello! We stayed here as part of our Disney trip, and the apartment was just as described. The couch is comfortable to sleep in. Definitely recommend!

House was very clean, the beds were comfortable, had all the things i needed for cooking, it was very cozy!

Peter was a great host! We really enjoyed our stay, using the boats/kayaks, and enjoying the peace and nature in this private location!

We liked the house very much, it was a trip in a family otima, my granddaughter wanted to live there, they loved the squirrels, close to a supermarket, gas station, whenever we need Sama responded to us promptly. I appreciate your stay.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint little home. It was clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed in great proximity to all of the places we were going. Maria was wonderful to work with, providing clear and concise instructions for check in and out and was also very accommodating. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here to our family and friends. We may be back next Easter! 🤗

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfectly convenient traveling with our dog. Eileen was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend it and will be considering other Airbnb’s over pet friendly hotels in the future.

Beautiful home & surrounding area. Host are kind and welcoming, even went the extra mile to return my girlfriend’s lost ring!

This house was better than I had hoped. It is spacious with very comfortable furniture, including the master bedroom and bathroom. The carport allowed my 2500 Chev p/u to easily park under it. Screened in porch and pool are a wonderful bonus, although I did not have time to use them due to work hours. Wi-Fi was super fast and the Roku options allowed me to watch my normal preferred apps. Area was very quite at night with no noticeable traffic through the neighborhood. Water pressure in the master bath shower was great. I will stay again, if available on my next trip to the Leesburg area. Fred was quick to reply to messages. A/C worked good and all the rooms had ceiling fans to help circulate the air like I do at home. The house is supplied with just about anything you would need just like being at your own house.

Amazing view, beach accessible. The elevator situation a little unfortunate. But would definitely stay again and hope to!!

Stayed a few days for NCA college nationals. Great location for the price. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The tiki bar, pool, and easy access to the beach made for a great time!

I could write a novel about how amazing Melanie’s condo is! We felt like this was a home away from home! The view is out of this world and the beds were amazingly comfortable and everything was spotless. If you can think of it Melanie had it. Everything from beach towels to spices for cooking steak to detergent to sunscreen. It was quiet and felt very safe. My kids loved waking up to the views of the sunrise every morning and they are already asking when we can go back! All of the residents in the building were incredibly friendly to us and we felt very welcome :)

The space was perfect for a couples getaway. The beach access and the view was my favorite part but it was super close to the boardwalk which made it easy to access restaurants and shops.

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. Highly recommend. Very clean and quiet area. Easy drive to Disney Parks

The condo was beachfront just steps to the beach from the pool. The hottub was broken when we stayed which was a bummer but the pool is heated. There is a restaurant onsite by the pool which was convenient that has pizza, sandwiches, etc. the daytona beachshore sign is literally around the corner. The bandshell was about 17 min walk or 5 min drive. There is a parking lot across the street when we had Easter sunrise mass on the beach. The condo itself was clean, roomy that fit 6 of us. There were 2 balconies which was nice. Everything we needed was there. There are extra towels and beach towels and chairs. There were 2 bathroom with one jetted tub. It does have a handheld shower but if you want a stand in shower, the other bathroom has it. The kitchen was a little tight but we were able to deal with it. The microwave was a little small, only the small plate will fit. Theres a fullsize fridge, stove/oven, coffee maker, and toaster. It was a great stay!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!
