Cottage vacation rentals in DeBary

Very nice one bedroom with one bathroom. This was our second stay here. We used the hot tub, pool and everything was convenient. Clean bedding, couch and outdoor patio area.

This was a last minute trip and I was so grateful for the opportunity to stay there! I would book again!

I loved her place very much! such a cute and quiet place to stay. very clean and decorative. very informative and replies fast. we love staying in the sherwood forrest area when we come to disney, as we have in the past. hopefully we can stay at sues place again when we come back to disney in the future!!

Melanie was super helpful during the check in process and overall it was a great place to kick back and relax for the weekend. She even had toys for the little ones!!!!

Great location, great accommodations and great hosts! Helpful videos and easy check in! We enjoyed 3 Disney parks during our stay and everything was within 15-20 mins, Disney Springs included. We truly appreciated this sweet little home. It was in a central location to family members we were visiting. It was very clean, organized, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The deck overlooking the pond always had a wonderful breeze- very peaceful place to spend time. I enjoyed figuring out the layout of the neighborhood and it made for an enjoyable walk every morning. The hosts are super KIND!! From the first confirmation message, check-in instructions, and throughout our stay they were attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!! Thank YOU Larry Karen for sharing your lovely home❤️- side note: the RV community had a couple events for the residents during our stay. A karaoke music thing Friday evening and then water inflatables for the kids on Saturday— very kind for the kids especially- nice community!

Loved staying here! Very cozy and just what we needed! Wasn’t too far from the theme parks but far enough away that we weren’t in the midst of the chaos. Lovely little get away and adorable and comfortable place to stay. Would love to visit again!

my family and i enjoyed our stay at hernans place :) it was in a nice neighborhood near great restaurants. the house itself was cute and cozy.

We stayed at this property a year ago in the upstairs unit. I originally rented that one again (I had been thrilled with it). After I booked it, Jordyn told me she had accidentally double booked the unit. She moved us to this slightly more expensive unit at no charge, and i didnt even have to rebook. She took care of it for us. Personally, I would still book the upstairs unit because of a couple small details that are just personal preference. Both units are excellent. This downstairs one is large, has a beautiful porch, and a slightly larger bathroom. The full size washer dryer was a really nice touch. We really enjoyed the full kitchen as well. The location is excellent. County Road 44A is still a quiet country road in an area that has been rapidly developing over the past couple decades. It is close to Alexander Springs, Mt. Dora, and only 45 miles from the beach or Disney. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back next time we are in central florida.

Our stay at Victor's was absolutely wonderful! This is our go to place every time we're in Summerfield. The place was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. What truly makes our trip smooth and stress-free is the host. They're incredibly nice, responded quickly to everything, and were very helpful throughout our stay. Everything went really well, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Beautiful little home with a little antique charm located just outside of the city. The home is fully stocked with everything you may need if you want to stay and cook, extra pillows, linens, ect. Worth noting ...there is an adorable private patio off the back I must have missed in the pictures, a delightful surprise. Parking was easy. Only down fall is, there is only one bathroom sadly and the TV in the master has no signal/cable, so no tv in bed. I called and left a message re: on the number provided on the check-in, with no response. This wasn't a big deal since we were hardly there.

Loved it and 100% would stay again. The cottage is as advertised in a beautiful and peaceful complex. Has an awesome little dog park with plentiful outdoor seating and activities. Zenia does well on getting the small details right with the cottages being stocked with everything you’ll need.

I’ve stayed at several of the cottages at the Alling House and the property is beautiful. In general all the cottages are very nice. This one (Homestead) is the oldest of the bunch and does show its age. That being said the unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Cute little house right next to the beach. Walking distance to local restaurants and shops. House is a bit older but cozy and charming. About a mile from Flagler entrance ramp. Quiet neighborhood even though close to local bars you do not hear the night life. Will was very responsive. Would stay again.

We had a great time at Lauren’s place. It was beautiful and very peaceful. And only 15 minutes to restaurants and activities. Would stay again.

Courtney's place was clean, thoughtfully furnished, and beautifully decorated. All the listed amenities were exactly as described, and our stay felt very comfortable and homey. The beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful extras—like the white noise machine, the bath salts, and the variety of coffee brewing tools. The location was also perfect—less than a 10-minute drive from the DeLand skydiving dropzone where we jumped, and just minutes from downtown, which has lots of great shops and restaurants. Despite being so close to everything, the home is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—so much so that we wouldn’t have known how central it was without checking a map. Courtney also provided a great local guide to restaurants and coffee shops. We tried a few of her recommendations and really enjoyed them. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend her place to anyone visiting DeLand!

Johann’s place was AMAZING! It was super nice and affordable and perfect for me and my husband’s trip to Disney. The private entrance made us feel safe and the place itself was clean and so cozy. We will definitely be trying to stay here again for future trips!

Nicole was an excellent host! I was spending time exploring new springs in the Ocala National Forest and wanted some place to stay close so I did not have to drive home and back the next day. Her home is very clean and I spent all my time there enjoying the lake, grilled steak and took the kayak out 3 separate times! The bed was so comfortable and would absolutely return here next time I want a two day Forrest adventure! I highly recommend her cottage to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay was wonderful! The place matches the listing, the service is super attentive, the atmosphere is very welcoming, it is in a strategic location for parks and attractions and exceeded our expectations, especially since it was the first time we used Airbnb. The pictures doesn’t do this place justice! It was such a beautiful place with a cozy and comfortable vibe. It was a very quiet, relaxed area and really the perfect place to stop before we left on our cruise. It’s not far from Cocoa beach and they gave us a number of recommendations for food.
