A great place to stay for a group! The location was perfect for things to do, beds comfortable, and good communication from the host! Thanks for having a great place for us to stay!

Dillan invited myself and my friends into his home and helped us make the most of our trip. Everything is exactly what it is described as and more. The home is beautiful and Dillan is ready to help should anything happen. We locked ourselves out one of the rooms and Dillan provided us with a solution within twenty mins of me reaching out to him. We got into a car accident and he was more than happy to help us in working out a check out time that allowed us time to get a rental. The next time I plan on going to Davenport I will be staying in at Dillan’s home.

Peter was a great host! We really enjoyed our stay, using the boats/kayaks, and enjoying the peace and nature in this private location!

The home was super clean upon arrival and the space was as advertised. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. I would stay here again.

The house was very clean and open. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard to run around. Everything was new. We also like the garage being big to pull in our vehicle in. It's not far at all from Downtown Sanford with great local shops and food.

Chris had a fantastic response time and was overall a pleasure to work with. The house was fairly difficult to find but that didn’t take away from the place. Great experience all together.

Excellent location, very spacious rooms except the kitchen was a bit minimal. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Garry was very responsive and helpful. The unit was exactly as described. We were there for a baseball tournament, and the location was 1 mile from the park. The unit was also very close to the grocery store. The view from the dock was very peaceful and serene. Definitely recommend if you are in the Leesburg area.

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

Wendy & Tim were Great Host! Lovely home so nice, clean and I loved the layout. We were able to meetup with some cousins that we haven’t seen in a while & enjoyed driving around ! Beautiful views everywhere! The house was also very clean comfy beds & Amazing bathroom! I definitely recommend this home if you’re needing somewhere to stay with either family or friends! My stay at Sharon's condo was truly exceptional. Having visited NSB for 12 years, I've had numerous opportunities for comparison. If you're currently viewing this property, I recommend booking it promptly. The condo's cleanliness and comfort were remarkable. Sharon's meticulous attention to detail is evident, providing everything from cooking essentials and storage containers to complimentary toiletries, beach equipment, and kids' toys. The condo also features helpful notes throughout and an extremely comfortable bed. I'm eagerly awaiting my next visit.

Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!
