Monthly Rentals in Davenham

Had a lovely weekend away at Clare’s property. Was well located for visits to Manchester and Chester. The house and street was very peaceful and quiet. Just what we needed after our busy days out! Furnishings were lovely and very homely.

This was our second stay at The Fal, so knew exactly what to expect. This is a great property, comfortable and clean. The location is great and the place is exactly what you expect from booking. Matt is a great host, very helpful and easy to contact. I would definitely recommend The Fal for anyone looking to stay here. I’m certain we will book again in the future.

This was excellent accommodation for grandparents and a family of five. Lots of space spread over three floors. The house had lots of pleasantly quirky features while being very up to date with IT, WiFi, speakers,etc. The hosts were very pleasant and responsive and the house was immaculate throughout. We had no problem parking two cars on the on street parking. A brilliant find.

Staying at Darrell and Hannah’s pace was an idyllic, peaceful and beautiful night away. Lovely house and room with all the expected amenities. The hosts were very friendly and made sure that we were comfortable. They went above and beyond even picking us up from the local station and allowing a late check out (even though we didn’t need to). I would 100% stay here again!
