Beachfront vacation rentals in Datça Mahallesi

Absolutely perfect. I couldn't recommend this place more. Firstly, Maria was responsive and helpful, met us to hand over the keys in Rhodes and was wonderful and friendly. She gave us lots of lovely goodies to enjoy (homemade honey, oil and marmalade!) too - not to mention the care package that waited for us when we arrived too! The place itself is gorgeous. Very easy to find but private and set back from the main harbour, but overlooking it with a stunning view. The sunsets are beautiful and it's a short walk into town. It's well equipped for cooking and dining, the rooms are comfortable and welcoming, and beautifully decorated. I couldn't find one fault in the whole experience. If you want the perfect place to explore Symi, you have found it.

Alkmini’s place was traditional and charming. We felt so at home. The location was the best in town we felt and such beautiful views the only thing that could beat the views were Alkmini’s father he welcomed us and suggested great places to eat and was super helpful.

Eine wirkliche tolle Wohnung für Urlaub Kos! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage am Strand mit großer Terrasse ist wunderschön. Auch sonst ist sie gut gelegen, alles was man benötigt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren zu Dritt für fünf Tage dort und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Vor allem auch wegen der lieben Gastfreundschaft!

Louise is a great host. She is very kind and helpful. She gave us great tips. She helped us with the transfer. We could get kid-seat for our daughter. Thank you so much for everything Louise. Hope to see you in our next visit to Kos.

toller Gastgeber, Wohnung wird sehr gut gepflegt, Schlafzimmer ruhig gelegen. Klimaanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht, war kühl genug im Oktober. Mano ist immer erreichbar, falls Fragen sind. auch die tips von Mano, sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, keine 5m zum Strand, es laufen auch nicht so viele Leute vorbei, da es ziemlich am Ende liegt. Wenn wir wieder nach Kos kommen, dann da hin!!!

Herşey çok güzeldi. Evin konumu denize sıfır olması, denizin güzelliği, çalışanların ilgisi, ortamın temizliği… Sakinlik isteyenler için harika bir yer. Seneye tekrar geleceğiz herşey için teşekkürler:)

Once we arrived at the apartment we were met by Helen who lived above. She was lovely very helpful and responsive but not intrusive. On the day of our arrival there were basic provisions including some nice homemade jam and honey and cake. The position of the apartment was superb with views over Pedi harbour from a large terrace where you could choose sun or shade. There were two nice restaurants and two cafes nearby and a shop with everything you could need. Pedi was a very friendly place to stay. The nearest beach was walkable with a reasonable level of fitness. Alternatively there was a boat which ran frequently to the beaches.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt auf Kos und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. ☺️

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Köksal’s villa! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Whatever we needed, he was quick to respond and assist, which made us feel truly welcomed. The villa itself was spotless—so clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We especially loved the pool and the beautiful outdoor area. The neighborhood was peaceful and just a short 5-minute walk to shops and other local spots. As foreigners visiting Bodrum, we really appreciated Köksal’s local recommendations—they helped us discover great places and enjoy our time to the fullest. This was truly a great experience, and we’re so glad we chose to stay here!

Michale’s was a great host and worked over time to help us through some scheduling issues. Villas was beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the down town. Nice to get away from the touristy areas and enjoy the beach.

Ercan Bey’in evinde üç gün geçirdik, eve toplam dört kişi geldik ilk geldiğimizde bizi Haşa Hanım karşıladı ve bize evi tanıttı kendisi çok samimi ve yardımcıydı her konuda ona ulaşabileceğimizin samimiyetini kendisinde gördük. Site içerisindeki komşularımız çok canayakın ve yardımcıydı kendileri ile tanıştığımıza çok memnunuz. Ev çok temiz çok düzenli ve ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi bulabileceğiniz bir ev temel bütün ihtiyaçlar bulunuyor sizin yalnızca yapacağınız yemeği veya içeceğiniz içeceği almanız gerekiyor . Ayrıca evin konumu denize 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde kendi sahil alanları var ve sitenin havuzu bir o kadarda güzel . Bunun dışında Bati Hanım da her aradığımızda bize hızlı geri dönüş yaparak her ihtiyacımızı da bize yardımcı oldu. Geçirdiğimiz günlerden ve vakitten çok keyif aldık bir daha gelmeyi planlıyoruz .

J’ai passé un excellent séjour avec mon groupe d’amis, la villa correspond totalement aux photos proposées. Agréablement surpris par la piscine, par contre attention au voisinage qui est un peu sensible au bruit. L’hôte est toujours à votre service et surtout très réactif pour toutes demandes. Je vous recommande très fortement cette villa et cet hôte.

This is a very cozy, quiet apartment, in a closed area in the mountains. You come as if you were home. The view is gorgeous. You can walk to the sea. We came to the surf school, went there, we didn't go to the beach near the house, but it looks very beautiful.

Dimitra thought of everything. The place feels exactly like home. Perfect stay especially with kids.Everything you need in a kitchen. She even gave us some products to cook, including olive oil. Gave us very tasty pomegranate from the garden and some peppers. Bathroom has washing machine which was very handy. She has thought of every little thing which you generally either forget or decide not to bring because of luggage limits. Place is walking distance from the beach (literally 2 minutes), perfect sunset. We had very nice stay and already recommended the place to my family members with kids. Definitely would come and stay again.

Kişisel sebeplerle erken ayrılmak zorunda kalsak da gerçekten güzel vakit geçirdik. Mekan tarif edildiği gibiydi, denize yakın olması ve ulaşılabilirlik harika. Hatice Hanım oldukça hızlı cevap veren, çok ilgili bir ev sahibi kendisine teşekkür ederiz. Mesudiye’ye gelenlere büyük alışverişlerini yol üzerinde süpermarketten yapmalarını tavsiye ederim.

Simply the best location in the fantastic town of Datca. Right in the heart of the best street with amazing views of the amphitheatre (2 shows on whilst we stayed). The double glazing mutes all outdoor sound or you can sit the generous balcony to absorb the atmosphere. Really spacious kitchen and sitting area. Two good sized bedrooms. Very modern and pristine throughout. Highly recommend staying here.

Konum olarak mükemmel bir yer. Her şeye yakın. Daire ferah, temiz ve harika manzaralı. Tek dezavantajı merkezde olduğu için gece 2'ye kadar müzik ve insan sesleri yoğun oluyor. Ses takıntısı olup gece erken yatmak isteyenler için sıkıntı oluşturabilir.

Meyve ağaçları içerisinde size özel bir daire. Üstelik büyük otellerdeki denize yürüme mesafesindeydi. Oldukça konforlu bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Teras harika sessiz ve size özel.Bir kaç sene içerisinde daha da iyi olacaktır. En önemli not Ekin Hanım’dan müsade aldıktan sonra yanınıza mutlaka bir meyve sıkacağı alın,burada taze meyve suları ile kahvaltı ve kokteyller harika olacaktır. Bölgedeki restoranlar lezzet olarak yeterli değil, (Ovabükü,Hayıtbükü,Palamütbükü dahil) deniz eh taşlık ama çok sakindi. Datça merkezde mutlaka bir yerde oturup,ayaklarınız suda bir şeyler için.(Ancak fiyatlar abartılı (Nisan24 Kalamar700-20’lik1.000) Yakındaki Palamutbükün’de kiosk ve şok market bulunuyor, yine de merkezden alışverişimizi Ekin Hanım’ın uyarısı ile yapmıştık.Evin hemen yanında bir markette mevcut. Güzel bir tatil geçirdik kendisine teşekkür ederiz.

Lolita's home has the most idyllic setting. So close to a beautifully secluded beach, with wonderful outdoor areas. You are forced to sit outside and admire the most beautiful views. From the most wonderful collection at the Port [by boat] from the kindest and most personal host, till collection and drop off, your time will be spent in the most wonderful, and capable hands. Sadi abi ve Melahat abla’nın evinde Ağustos ayında yaklaşık iki hafta konakladık ve oldukça keyifli zaman geçirdik. Ayrıca lezzetli ikramlarıyla ve yardımseverlikleriyle de konaklamamızı süslediler. Tekrar her şey için çok teşekkürler. Evin konumu merkeze ve denize ulaşımı açısından da çok kolay. Ufak çocuğu olanlar için de evin bulunduğu site gayet refah ve sakin. Bisikletle veya yaya olarak sitenin kendi sahiline 3-5 dk içinde, merkeze de arabayla 10dk’da ulaşılabiliyor. Sahilde sitenin kendi şezlongları ve duşu kullanılabilir. Yaklaşık 500m uzaklıkta market ve restoran mevcut. Tekstil ürünlerinin hijyeni, yatakların rahatlığı ve mutfak araç ve gereçleri açısından da gayet memnun ediciydi.

Biz ailemiz ve arkadaslarimiz ile kaldik ve çok rahat ettik. Evin yeri plaj açisindan çok güzel, Berna Hanim’in deniz kenarinda lendi sezlonglari ver semsiyesi de var, denize girmek cok rahat ve özellikle çocuklar icin cok uygun. Evin icinde, özellikle mutfakta gerekli olan hersey var. Herhangi bir sorun oldugunda da Berna hanim hemen ilgilenip çözüm buluyor. Geldigimiz gün ocak ile ilgili küçük bir sorun yasadin ve Berna Hanim hemen yeni ocak alip gönderdi. Gercekten cok rahat ettik. Önceki yorumlarda evin yakinindaki canli müzikten bahsedilmisti. Evet yakindaki bardan müzik geliyor aksamlari ancak, bizi rahatsoz etmedi. Özellikle evin içinde camlar kapaliyken hiç rahatsiz etmiyor. Berna Hanim’in evini kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

The place was clean and had everything we needed. Location was amazing! Just 1 minute walk to the seaside and 5 minutes to the center. The host was very responsive and instructions were clear. We had a great time staying there. Definitely recommended.
