Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Our house is furnished with luxury furniture. The lighting of the house is supported by modern and stylish lampshades. The house is right across the sea, the front balcony is the sea , and the two terraces on the upper floor have mountain views. Our house is 160 m2 and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 TVs, refrigerator and pine machine in the house. The house has an elevator, generator, water tank and hydrofoam and also has an indoor garage. The house is 50-100 meters away from the beach, Migros, cafe-restaurants, the yacht port is 300 meters.

A place away from the world, close to Derya, with centuries-old olive trees in its garden, surrounded by stone and nature from the village house. It is not a place that those who are looking for big city, resort or hotel comfort will be happy, but I believe that those who want more peace of mind and tranquility will be very happy. For those who are afraid of spiders, ants, etc., don't let them know we're invading their places. Note: In the conditions of our country, we have now made wood unfortunately with a fee during the winter season.

DEEP HOUSE- FULL BEACHFRONT VIEW ON THE PATH OF LOVE

On the Muğla-Datça Sevgi Road, there is no parking problem in our 120 square meters 2+1 apartment, the front of the house is a beach and you can swim in the sea without paying any fee. 24 hours hot water, Siemens dishwasher, Samsung washing machine, Samsung 3 door refrigerator, Siemens aspirator, 46 inch Samsung television, unlimited internet and air conditioning are available. There is a children's park right in front of our house. After the park, it descends to the sea. The coastal road is completely closed to vehicle traffic.
