House vacation rentals in Datça Mahallesi

We went as a family of 8, we felt like we were in our own home for 1 week. Mr. Burak was very helpful by answering our questions instantly. About the house; the house is very nice, and well-maintained. It has air conditioning in every room, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the garden and the pool are equally clean and well maintained. There are grocery stores nearby in the same way 5-10 minutes by car to Palamutbükü. Great vacation overall, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Our stay was very nice. Thank you Mr. Mustafa for helping with everything. We had a holiday that felt comfortable as if we were at home. You can definitely count on it to the fullest and put it first in your preferences.

Nuran was a great host. She was excellent in communication and giving us local advice. Her place was very clean and had a beautiful old charm. It was only 2 minute walk from a private beach exclusive to her guests. Overall, highly recommended!

The house is in a very nice place in Eski Datça. If you want a slightly more tranquil vacation, this is a private space for you. The garden and pool were lovely. It was very close to very nice places in Old Datca. It was not very close to the center but it took 6-8 minutes by taxi. The only thing missing from the house was WiFi, in my opinion, everything from its cleanliness to its facilities and its calmness to its decoration was very good

We had the opportunity to stay for 2 days. The location of the house was very easy to find. The house was quite clean and tidy. There was everything in the house. Mr. Okan has always answered our questions, you can contact us with peace of mind if you need anything. It didn't take us long to get from the house to the center. Overall, we are very satisfied and would like to stay here again if we come back. Thank you so much for everything

Thank you Mr. Atacan, who made us have a nice stay. The location is very close to the center. There are shopping malls like bim migros around. You can provide access without a vehicle. The pool was enough for us. The gazebo section was blowing nicely. The air conditioners in the house were zero. We didn't use it, it was very airy inside the house. The garden was clean. There were trash buckets in and out. Hot water comes instantly. All the equipment inside was zero. There was nothing missing. We did not have any problems with privacy. It gets quiet and calm in the evening. After the lights go out at night, I recommend lying on the sun loungers and watching the stars.

Lovely house with several rooms, ideal for big families. The beds are all big (king size) and very comfortable which is nice in a rental house. They all have their own bathroom too. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room and nice outside seating area. The water wasn’t that hot for our showers when we arrived so asked mathieu to look at this which he did. He also got cot beds for us and there is a high chair already there. Thanks! We stayed here while climbing at the Indian Man.

The location of the house is both close to the center and the old datça, the house was even better than we expected. There are 3 bedrooms and we had a very spacious and comfortable accommodation experience. Thank you for everything. If we come to Datca, it is a place we will choose again.

This is the place to stay when visiting Datça! It is quiet, on the ground floor (1st floor) and walkable to everything in town. Lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores within minutes without any of the noise of being on the main street. The host met us at 3:30am to get us checked in and gave us pomegranates from their garden. The host was incredibly responsive to our questions and provided local recommendations too. I cannot imagine a nicer host or better location. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was super clean and spacious. The town is lovely and worth a visit if you are in Turkey. We will absolutely be back and when we are, we hope to stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay here. The home is clean and spacious. It was a great value for me, with all the essential amenities. The location overlooks a village and is above a café that buzzes with activity from around 7:30 a.m. to 10 or 11 p.m. daily. The locals are friendly, and many speak English; even if not, you’re likely to be invited for tea. Muhammed is a great host and I want to thank him for his patience with my many questions and changes to my reservation! Note: There are frequent power outages in the village. Most last only a few seconds or minutes but the one on my 10th day lasted 3.5 hours. Muhammed informed me of the outages in advance of my stay and alhamdullilah, there was no significant impact to my work. You can also use the power at the family beach restaurant if this happens. Mini-buses run ~7 or 8x/day. Thanks again for everything, Muhammed! :)

It was one of the best and clean houses we have ever stayed in, The house had everything you need; electrical appliances included. We are also very satisfied with the attention of Ms. Elif and her husband👍🏻.

We would like to thank Mr. Uğur for his friendly hospitality. The house was spotless as it appears in the pictures, and we felt like we were in our own home. Bathroom, kitchen, laundry was clean. We stayed for 4 people, a useful and spacious house. We also mentioned that we have a baby, a high chair has been provided. In short, if we come back to Datca, we will choose Ela Apart without hesitation.

We had a lot of pleasant days as a family; we came to the bends, bays, and the center with our car very comfortably. Everything was thought out in the house, we did not have any problems. Ms. Gozde was also very caring. If we go to Datçaya, we will keep in mind for accommodation.

The villa has lots of space. We were 4 adults and a toddler and with 3 bedrooms the villa can easily accommodate 6 people. The view over the bay is great. It's very relaxing to sit on the balcony/veranda in the evening and enjoy the view with a glass of wine or beer. What makes it even more enjoyable is the total absence of mosquitos. I didn't really realise that until we spent a few hours in Dalaman before our flight home. I was covered in mosquito bites after one hour while I didn't get any in Datca.

Happy Bey's house was amazing. It was a quiet and peaceful house not far from the center and grocery stores. The house was clean and tidy as it appears in the photos. It is a residence that I will evaluate every time I come in the area. It is highly recommended.

A private apartment surrounded by fruit trees. It was also within walking distance to the sea in the big hotels. We had a very comfortable stay. The terrace is wonderfully quiet and private for you. It will be even better in a few years. The most important note is that after taking permission from Ms. Ekin, be sure to take a juicer with you,where fresh juices and breakfast and cocktails will be great. The restaurants in the region are not enough in terms of flavor, (including Ovabükü, Hayıtbükü, Palamütbükü), the sea was stony but very calm. Be sure to sit somewhere in the center of Datca and drink something on the water.(But prices are exaggerated (April24 Squid700-201,000) There is a kiosk and a shock market in nearby Palamutbükün, but we did our shopping from the center with the warning of Ms. Ekin. There is a grocery store next to the house. We had a nice vacation, thank you.

We have been coming to Datça for 2 years and staying for 1 month, we really felt at home in this house we chose this year and had a pleasant time with our furry friend. We would like to thank our next-door neighbor and his friendly wife who helped us with the house. The house was very clean ,our host immediately completed our shortcomings. Transportation to everywhere was very comfortable, it was within walking distance of everything we were looking for for shopping. We left happily, a house we would definitely prefer again when we came to Datça.

We had a great holiday at Mermaid Pension, where we stayed for 18 days in Datça. The host was extremely kind, caring, and understanding; he quickly responded to every question we had and did his best for our comfort during the holiday. The house was quite clean and beautifully decorated. The house more than met all our needs. Especially the sea view of the balcony was amazing. The neighborhood was also extremely quiet and calm, ideal for fully relaxing. In terms of location, it was a great benefit that it was both close to the sea and easily accessible to the center. We felt like we were at home, we highly recommend it! See you next year 😋

We stayed as 2 couples. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, we would visit again. A beautiful stone house. I can provide a few notes to those who want to stay in order to have a clearer idea other than the advertisement: 1. The house is in a village with a narrow street, you have to leave your car in the village square and walk to the house for a few minutes. 2. 2 stone houses together. You are staying in one. You share the same courtyard with the neighbors who are staying in the other house. The outside area is not entirely yours. However, since the patio part is on the front side of the house, it separates with the other house, and you can have your private space. 3. The kitchen is very sufficient, everything has been considered. There is tea, coffee machines, washing machine and dishwasher. 4. We barbecue by taking our own supplies and communicating with the host, but there is no barbecue area in normal order, we saw it as if there was an advertisement. Thank you again to the hosts.
