Vacation rentals with lake access in Datça Mahallesi

We rented for a month. All was as described. The garden was manicured beautifully and we appreciated the fact we could let our dogs roam the fully enclosed yard. Weren't was very responsive, even though she was out of the country on holiday. Her mom took good care of us!

Mr. Armağan and his wife were very helpful in storing our belongings before the stay. We had a great time in the winter garden of the house, the location of the house was also good for us - 20-25 minutes walk to both the city center and Kargı Bay, one of the most beautiful bays of Datça. We felt at home during our vacation

The house was clean, the amenities were enough for a 2 day vacation. Communication from the host was good. Great location of the house. The only bad thing for me was waking up to the morning prayer as it was close to the mosque. Upstairs there is a roof, there is a table. It is available for guests to use. The view is very nice. We are very satisfied with our stay.

in my first airbnb experience, Doruk's interest and interest may have set the bar for the host. The cleanliness location, etc. is relative, but I'm sure other potential tenants want to read what hasn't been written before. the neighbors during our stay were obviously carefully selected with care away from commercial concern. Of course, the house has a seaside or sea view or a pool, but the features it contain to meet the need for anything that matters other than these of course, there are some shortcomings that don't bother you because it's a new investment and initiative, but Mr. Doruk's interest and interest will make this facility perfect in a very short time. if your purpose of visiting the area is to see places such as Bozburun, Hisarönü, orhaneli and selimiye in order, and if your price / performance priority is your priority, you can safely rent the facility.

This is the place to stay when visiting Datça! It is quiet, on the ground floor (1st floor) and walkable to everything in town. Lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores within minutes without any of the noise of being on the main street. The host met us at 3:30am to get us checked in and gave us pomegranates from their garden. The host was incredibly responsive to our questions and provided local recommendations too. I cannot imagine a nicer host or better location. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was super clean and spacious. The town is lovely and worth a visit if you are in Turkey. We will absolutely be back and when we are, we hope to stay here again!

Didem’s house is absolutely wonderful and so spacious. The views are superb with a relaxing outdoor seating area, we spent most of our time there. The kitchen is ready for you to cook just about anything, and the fridge is spacious for the whole family. The bedrooms are clean and so is the two bathrooms. Reaching the main town has two paths, one with the steps leading down to the restaurants and shops, and another closer but hidden path heading to Migros and the local beach. Local recommendations: eat an Adana at Rio (it’ll be one of the best you have!), go on a boat tour with Ural Tur (the fish they serve is excellent), relax at the beach chairs at Gahve (excellent service and very reasonable prices)

The apartment was exactly as described, located in a quiet village, the in-house tavern offers authentic Greek cuisine, highly recommended. Ideal for travellers who want to be accommodated off the tourist mile. Very happy to come back, thank you so much for the wonderful time in Kos :)

We would like to thank Mr. Serkan and his family very much, we had a very nice holiday. The house was very clean, the air conditioners were working smoothly, we were very comfortable, right in the comfort of the mother's house:) It is close to the center and far enough that you can rest your head:) We will definitely prefer it for our next datça holidays.

It was great to stay in this detached house in Muğla Marmaris Bayır. The house is very new and every detail has been thought for customer comfort. All the items were brand new and spotless. It is also very advantageous in terms of location; it is almost equidistant and easily accessible to all the bays on the Marmaris Peninsula. In the evenings, there is a cool and fresh atmosphere thanks to the mountain breeze. The host was extremely caring and helpful. The grocery store right next to the house is a great convenience. You can find everything you need for basic necessities. Thank you so much for everything, I recommend it with peace of mind!

A nice and cozy apartment in the center of Datca, close to the sea, supermarkets and cafes. Plenty of space & super clean. The mattresses, bed linen, little carpets, curtains are really good, the stove is powerful and the water pressure in the bathroom and kitchen is really high. Highly recommend.

I like the small apartment, I'm there for the second time. Everything is as described. I found it clean and tidy. Jiannis is a friendly, polite host, he can be reached by what...app. If you have a light sleep, you should bring ear plugs, there are many roosters and chickens in the area.

Ms. Başak responded quickly to all our questions and requests for advice during our two-month stay, and every advice was always spot on. The location of the house is spectacular. The Producer Market, which is set up on Wednesdays, is a great convenience. It is close to everywhere on foot, but it is also in a location away from the noise and crowd of Datça when you want peace. The house itself is already very useful, and having two bathrooms provides great comfort if you have guests. Kitchen supplies are plentiful and definitely sufficient. It was cleaner and more organized than many of the hotels I stayed in. It was very pleasant and relaxing to have breakfast on the balcony and spend the whole day there when necessary. The house's decoration is not tiring at all, plenty of books and various indirect lighting options add a peaceful atmosphere to the house. Mrs. Başak's approach to her guests as her own private guests, not as customers, and her attention to her home will always be in the back of our minds as sufficient reasons to visit this place many times. Lovely, affordable apartment in a beautiful location, easily accessible to the beach. Owners were lovely, friendly and helpful, I had a very good, restful stay.
