Our house is furnished with luxury furniture. The lighting of the house is supported by modern and stylish lampshades. The house is right across the sea, the front balcony is the sea , and the two terraces on the upper floor have mountain views. Our house is 160 m2 and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 TVs, refrigerator and pine machine in the house. The house has an elevator, generator, water tank and hydrofoam and also has an indoor garage. The house is 50-100 meters away from the beach, Migros, cafe-restaurants, the yacht port is 300 meters.

Airy, quiet 1+1 apartment with garden in the center of Datca

Our building is new and the construction was completed in July 2022. My father and mother reside in the duplex apartments upstairs in our building with a total of 4 apartments We welcome our guests in our 2 1+1 apartments on the ground floor. There is a double bed in the bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room. Air conditioning is available in both rooms. In a central, spacious and quiet area, 7 minutes to the sea on foot. Water tank of our building is available against water outages.

Our house in a calm area of Datça, very close to the sea, is on the 1st floor. It has 2 spacious balconies. Our house consists of 2 bedrooms and a lounge with an open kitchen and has furniture in designs that our guests can feel comfortable with. Air conditioning is available in all our rooms. 100 meters to the sea and 250 meters to the bazaar. There are all the items ready for daily use in the house, just take your suitcase and come.

We planned to spend 10 days in a quiet place near the sea, chose this option and did not regret it at all! Everything was clean, spacious, we lived on the whole floor in a separate very sunny house surrounded by almond, tangerine, orange trees, as well as a large number of local cats and chickens :) The huge very clean beach is a 15-minute walk away, there are also a variety of beaches in the surrounding area that can be easily reached by car. It takes about 40 minutes by car to Datca. Yudum and her parents were very caring, answered our questions, and treated us with homemade chicken eggs, almonds and houses. I really didn't want to leave, we had an unforgettable vacation!

Thank you Adalet, the apartment is in the center, everything is within walking distance, shops and cafes nearby, quiet neighbors. Everything is new in the apartment, there is everything you need. Adalet is a very wonderful hostess, It was cold in the flat, Adalet called the repairmen, they cleaned the air conditioners, it became warmer. The hostess is always in touch, she helped me even at night when I accidentally closed the door and could not get inside. I have never met such responsive and caring hosts! Thank you for everything! Datca is a very nice and quiet town, I was amazed with Knidos and the smell of almond blossoms, I felt at home in Datca.
