Eight cozy designer villas with a sea view to the south invite you to relax and unwind. With 85 square meters and 3 floors, Villa Gold I offers space for up to 6 people with its open architecture. Floor-to-ceiling panorama windows in the living area, as well as a shower with sea view on the first floor, are only 2 of many architectural highlights. The impressive roof terraces on the third floor with breathtaking sea views over the Fehmarnsund Bridge makes Villa Gold I the ideal holiday destination for families or place to relax with friends. There is plenty of room for all in the two bedrooms with box spring beds and the high-quality sofa bed in the living area. If it is cold or rainy outside, the crackling fireplace and the cozy floor heating will warm you up as you take in the sound of the sea all through the day. Resort grounds A common laundry room, with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, is available to all villas. From the end of October, there will also be an outdoor sauna with garden-panoramic views for couples to cozy up on special autumn and winter days. For a small fee amateur captains have the opportunity to charter the 15 hp motor boat, "The Villas Trust" without a boat license and to explore the island from the water. Even anglers and kite surfers are welcome to safely store their personal sports equipment in the lockable recreation room. Self-caught fish can be processed in the evening at a designated fish preparation stand and barbequed on our Weber Grill. Size: 90 m2. NYT! Sommerhus 50 meter fra havet

Lad roen sænke sig i dette nyrenoverede sommerhus med plads til 6 gæster i 3 soveværelser. Huset er charmerende og hyggeligt, men har alt i moderne luksus og brændeovn. Det ligger på en stor naturgrund med Danmarks bedste strand kun 30 meter væk. Fald i søvn til lyden af havet og nyd solen på de mange træterrasser eller i hængekøjen. Det er muligt at tilleje saunatelt med brændeovn, som kan sættes op i haven. OBS: Gæster bedes medbringe sengetøj, håndklæder etc. Og EL afregnes ved afrejse.
