Eight cozy designer villas with a sea view to the south invite you to relax and unwind. With 85 square meters and 3 floors, Villa Gold I offers space for up to 6 people with its open architecture. Floor-to-ceiling panorama windows in the living area, as well as a shower with sea view on the first floor, are only 2 of many architectural highlights. The impressive roof terraces on the third floor with breathtaking sea views over the Fehmarnsund Bridge makes Villa Gold I the ideal holiday destination for families or place to relax with friends. There is plenty of room for all in the two bedrooms with box spring beds and the high-quality sofa bed in the living area. If it is cold or rainy outside, the crackling fireplace and the cozy floor heating will warm you up as you take in the sound of the sea all through the day. Resort grounds A common laundry room, with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, is available to all villas. From the end of October, there will also be an outdoor sauna with garden-panoramic views for couples to cozy up on special autumn and winter days. For a small fee amateur captains have the opportunity to charter the 15 hp motor boat, "The Villas Trust" without a boat license and to explore the island from the water. Even anglers and kite surfers are welcome to safely store their personal sports equipment in the lockable recreation room. Self-caught fish can be processed in the evening at a designated fish preparation stand and barbequed on our Weber Grill. Size: 90 m2. Let the tranquility sink in this newly renovated cottage with room for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The house is charming and cozy, but has everything in modern luxury and wood-burning stove. It is located on a large nature plot with Denmark's best beach just 30 meters away. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and soak up the sun on the many wooden terraces or in the hammock. It is possible to rent a sauna tent with a wood-burning stove, which can be set up in the garden. Note: Guests are asked to bring bed linen, towels, etc. And electricity is charged upon departure.

Cottage with room for the whole family. The house is located just 300 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches. The house offers trampoline and ball games in the garden or board games and coziness in front of the TV or wood-burning stove. If it's good weather, the large wooden terrace can be enjoyed for sunbathing or a glass of rose in the lounge furniture. There is also a covered terrace so you can eat out even if the weather is not good. Take a holiday in quiet and scenic surroundings where deer often come by in the garden in the morning or evening.
