BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. This lovingly furnished apartment in the country house style is part of the former village school of Welzin. The building has been here for over 100 years, far away from media and city noise. If you just want to "get out" and do without the TV, you will find the best starting point for a great Baltic Sea vacation here. Sunbathing on the Baltic Sea, fishing, cycling, kitesurfing and much more. 3 Baltic Sea beaches alone can be reached in 15 minutes. A fireplace ensures a cozy indoor climate.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The modern furnished 3-roomapartment in the historic Ohlerich warehouse is located right at the harbor tip of Wismar. The apartment is designed for 4 people. In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

Welcome to Feldhusen, an idyllic and very quiet village, 2 km away from the Baltic Sea coast. The newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor consists of a living-dining area with kitchenette (incl. dishwasher and washing machine), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a bedroom in the attic with a large double bed (1.8 m). The apartment has a large private roof terrace. The living-dining area offers an additional sofa bed as well as a workplace.

Vacation home (No. 2) in restored boiler house

Relax on our versatile holiday farm in our authentically furnished holiday apartment (No. 2, renovated in 2019) in the former boiler house. The apartment, close to the Baltic Sea, is located between the Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar in a beautiful courtyard complex. The vacation apartment is available all year round. I would also like to add that our private terrace is about 15 meters next to the apartment.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a classicistic house right in the old town. It comprises 120 qm of living space with old plank floors. A spacious living room with solid wood kitchen and historic beams provides a cozy atmosphere. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. In addition, the apartment has a 20 qm bathroom with large bathtub and shower, a quiet, sunny balcony and a patio in the garden.

Poolside and beach

Quiet apartment in a small complex with a heated swimming pool (26 °C) and sauna, surrounded by beautiful nature not far from the beach. Bed linen can be booked for a fee, The pool is equipped with a counter-current system and is free of charge from 8am to 10pm. The sauna is available for a fee. Two barbecue areas and covered seating on the play and sunbathing lawn are available to guests.
