Charming country house close to Lubeck/Baltic sea

The cozy house is an old farm house which got renovated in 2014. The interior is a mixture of French Brocante/Flea Market style (which matches the old wooden elements of the house) with the new elements, yet all rooms and everything is completely newly renovated in 09/2014. There is a floor heating in the bathroom and normal heating system elsewhere. Palingen used to be a GDR border village, so normal citizens were not allowed, only frontier soldiers. Everything survived very charming.

Welcome to our fantastically located vacation home right on the waterfront of the Großer Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim or stand-up paddle in the lake right outside the door. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the lake in your secluded 400-square-meter garden on the sun lounger or by the barbecue. The beaches of the Bay of Lübeck (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug...) are only about 5 minutes away by car or about 12 minutes by bike.

It has been completely and lovingly renovated inside, combining the original character with a bright and modern atmosphere. Apart from the tiled kitchen, there are wooden floors everywhere. New central heating, double glazing, Wi-Fi and smart TV are provided. Lübeck city is 5 minutes bus or car ride, 10 min. by bike or 25 minutes on foot

"Jules Hus" is located on a large property on the edge of a field. The house is within walking distance of the beach. On the ground floor there is a wardrobe, a spacious shower room with a rain shower, a sauna and a central living area. From the living/dining area you have direct access to the terrace/garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The cozy house has about 117 m² of space for 7 people and 1 baby. The beds are designed for 4 adults and 3 children.

In the garden under the apple trees, you can relax or sit together comfortably. A barbecue is available! A sandbox or a ping-pong table is available for the kids. In summer, we recommend a canoe trip on nearby Ratzeburger See or a shopping trip to Lübeck! Wedding parties are possible on the farm! The house has a full basement.

Our lovingly and modernly furnished vacation home is located in the small village of Barendorf (near Priwall/Travemünde) and only about 950 m from the fine sandy beach, near the nature reserve. The vacation home is a new building to feel good. The surroundings and neighborhood are quietly located. Car parking spaces are available free of charge on the premises in front of the houses. The adjoining meadow invites you to linger, play and sunbathe.

Welcome to our dreamy and quiet vacation home - only 4 km from the Baltic Sea. In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

We offer you several private rooms in our house for up to 10 guests. The rooms have been re-decorated in 2016 The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. This is your space. A kitchen downstairs is also exclusive to use for you, as well you have a dining room and a terrace outside. We live here as well in separate flat and are happy to help you with any assistance you require.
