BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. In the in-house swimming pool with spacious sauna, you will find pure relaxation not only in summer but also in winter or on rainy days. Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

The living space is approximately 50 square meters. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the building. The historic old town island, the Wakenitz, and the city park are right outside. The Baltic Sea is about 12 km away. Children as well as beloved pets are welcome.

It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

This pretty spot of earth is located between Lübeck and Kiel - in the middle of beautiful Holstein Switzerland - and is also just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea. From the former kitchen house has become a cozy cottage - and we would like to invite you to be our guest.

Quiet apartment in a small complex with a heated swimming pool (26 °C) and sauna, surrounded by beautiful nature not far from the beach. Bed linen can be booked for a fee, The pool is equipped with a counter-current system and is free of charge from 8am to 10pm. The sauna is available for a fee. Two barbecue areas and covered seating on the play and sunbathing lawn are available to guests.
