Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

A quiet and harmonious little haven located in the hip Helmholtz kiez in Prenzlauerberg. With two balconies, high ceilings and original wooden flooring, modern kitchen, tasteful decor and all the modern conveniences you could need, it's a perfect little oasis and contrast to the buzz of ample restaurants, cafes and markets it's surrounded by. Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof are a short tram ride away. Kollwitzkiez, Mauerpark (and markets) are within walking distance.

Beautiful family home right in the heart of Berlin close to famous KaDeWe and to wonderful Viktoria-Luise-Platz and its fountain. Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away). Dear guests, we sublet our bright bedroom with balcony that has a wide view all over Berlin. The apartment has 85 sqm in total. Südstern (U7) metro stop is 300 m away. There is a Saturday market at the doorstep and famous Tempelhof just around the corner. Our street is in a quit corner of the hip Kreuzberg, between Bergmannkiez and Neukölln. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around. Mitte is easy to reach by bike or metro (20 min).
