Lucia's apartment more than met the advertised standards. It is a spacious, bright apartment with an unbeatable location. It is 3 steps away from the best entertainment spots, both restaurants and bars. Not noisy at all and the owner is very attentive. As a criticism, I would extend the checkout time a little. Denia is a perfect place to have a few drinks after dinner and the next day you have to get up early to check out, it's hard. However, we will repeat!

Absolutely amazing stay at Dorian’s place. The location is perfect, you are practically on the beach! It is about 30 min walk to the centre, but we actually preferred being this side of the rock and away from the business. Dorian has provided everything you need for your stay, the apartment is decorated beautifully and was spotlessly clean. Of course as it is an apartment in flats there is some expected noise but considering the location is right on the promenade it is very quiet and mainly you can just hear the noise of the sea! Our main regret is that we did not stay for longer. Thank you again Dorian!

Sara's home was amazing!! Stunning views, easy access to the beach and Altea casco antiguo - which is also stunning!! You will not be disappointed! My only suggestion is to change out the primary bedroom mattress. It is very uncomfortable, in my opinion, unless you enjoy a hard mattress. There is a parking space but the garage is very tight. We rented a car - they gave us a Subaru Forester and one night we could not park in the garage due to how other cars were parked. Our car was too large. If you come with a smaller one you will be fine.

Really beautiful and cosy apartment, 5min walk to the main square but at the same time on a very peaceful and quiet street. Public parking 1min walk from the apartment. Apartment itself is very clean and cosy with balcony accessable from the living room and the bedroom, with beautiful mountain views. I enjoyed my evenings there with a glass of wine and didn't even want to go out. A few min drive to Guadalest Reservoir parking where I did a hike around the reservoir. Found a secluded place for sunbathing with a book and enjoying a swim to cool down. Exponentia was always responsive within max 30min, and helpful in her responses. Good price for what was on offer and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family, including our 6 month old, and it was wonderful. The pictures actually don't do it justice in terms of how incredible the view is from the living room and the balcony. Yana & Nil's were super responsive and made sure we checked in okay - navigating the car elevator was a fun added adventure and their instructions could not have been more detailed and easy to follow. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, and great location near the beach and restaurants. Saving this one if we ever come back and stay in Altea again!

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. We were 4 couples with small children 0-2 years old. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were attentive to us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

Emily's villa is absolutely beautiful Very stylish and easily accommodated our family of 9 with everything anybody could possibly want on a villa holiday. The pool area and gardens are well maintained and there were lots of amusements for children, both in and out of the water. Handily, there is a very good supermarket ten minutes walk away which was open every day until 9.00. We didnt hire a car and used taxis where necessary.

Beautiful modern villa with amazing heated pool! We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was very clean, nice design and furniture and so convenient to have one bathroom per bedroom. Christelle was very responsive and friendly and she supported us a lot with all sort of questions we had during our stay. Everything is easily reachable by car and there are lots of nice area to explore around. The only watch out is that there is a construction site close by that you can hear - the pool side is protected by the house so it was not too disturbing but better to know that. That said, we would still highly recommend and we hope to be back since it’s a beautiful brand new and clean modern villa with private pool.

I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. The comfortable mattress is worth mentioning - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer a magnificent view. The presence of a car is very useful because of the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended vacation home!!

We had a nice time in Denia. All amenities were present in the apartment and the bed was very nice! After some searching around, we discovered a very nice street with restaurants in Denia and also in the harbor there were plenty of good and cozy restaurants.

Everything was spectacular, a strategic location and a house with all kinds of amenities. We hope to return soon!

The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. Big plus with paddle court and pool at the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!
