We had a great time in Valencia and Jordi’s apartment is in a great location. The apartment is basic but comfortable and perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the shower nice and hot.

We booked this apartment because it included underground parking, but be aware it is first-come first-served and not a reserved space. The car park was full when we arrived (and spaces are tight with cars being bigger nowadays) but luckily someone left after 20 minutes so we used that space and did not dare move the car again during our stay. Once we were parked, it was great and a relief. Yana checking us in and out was very communicative and helpful.

Had three great nights ! The apartment is very clean and really comfortable. The host is really helpful and responsive. What made the hosting the best was the fact that a plate for food and water was left for my dog! Really appreciated!

We had a great time, despite the rain. It is very cozy inside and there is a beautiful view from the rooftop. During the night it is very quiet and the area is great for hiking.

¡100% recomendable! Nuestra estancia en la casa rural fue simplemente perfecta. Ana y su marido son unos anfitriones excepcionales: cercanos, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La casa es impresionante, amplia y con muchísimo encanto. Éramos un grupo de 13 amigos y tuvimos espacio de sobra. A pesar de ser invierno, la temperatura en el interior fue muy agradable en todo momento. Uno de los mayores placeres fue disfrutar de sus dos chimeneas en el enorme salón, creando un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Además, el entorno es una maravilla: en plena naturaleza, rodeado de una inmensa pinada ideal para rutas de senderismo. Si viajas con niños o mascotas, este lugar es perfecto. Sin duda, repetiremos cuando tengamos la oportunidad. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Gracias por todo! :)

Van 19 april tot en met 26 april hebben we mogen verblijven in dit prachtige huis. Het is werkelijk een paradijs. Alles is heel schoon en Victoria reageert snel en is heel erg vriendelijk. Goede bedden en heerlijk zwembad met prachtige verlichting in de avond. We zijn al in meerdere huizen geweest via Airbnb maar dit is wel het mooiste huis waar we zijn geweest, ook al heeft natuurlijk elk huis zijn charme. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Grote keuken met heel veel keukenbenodigdheden. Wij waren hier met zijn tweetjes, maar dit huis is zeer geschikt voor een gezin met kinderen of om met vrienden heen te gaan. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de estos días en Oliva. A Mónica no la conocimos en persona pero si a varios miembros de su familia que respondieron a nuestras demandas con amabilidad, rapidez y eficacia . La vivienda súper bien ubicada. Salir a la terraza, cruzar la calle y encontrarte frente al mar es maravilloso. Sencilla, bien equipada, decorada con gusto, luminosa, cómoda, de colores alegres en la que una se siente enseguida como en su casa. Punto menos positivo: una de las habitaciones es realmente pequeña, calurosa y sin ventana. Tiene una apertura acristalada que da al salón y no al exterior lo cual la expone a todos los ruidos del salón y la escalera. Pero lo cierto es que volveríamos a repetir sin dudarlo :)

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

This place was everything and more The check in was amazing with their friend greeting us and showing us around. The apartment was very well furnished and very clean. The hosts were easily contactable. The apartment made the trip will book again.

Sehr komfortable Wohnung für 8 Leute. Wenn 2 Leute auf der Couch schlafen wollen, könnten auch kurzzeitig 10 dort üernachten. 2 Toiletten und Badezimmer. Grill und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Dazu die exzellente Lage: Meerblick, aber es sind weniger als 5 Minuten von Wohnungstür bis zum Meer, und das auch nur, weil der Strand so groß ist. Die 12 Etage ermöglicht einen Traumhaften Blick, wir sind meistens die Treppen gelaufen, war kein Problem. Dazu Gandi: Perfekt gepflegter Strand, überall Restaurants mit angemessenen Preisen, die Altstadt ist ebenfalls schön und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ausreichend (Auto ist dennoch für längere Strecken empfehlenswert).

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

Estuvimos genial en casa de Pablo, muy comunicativo, siempre pendiente de cada detalle. La ubicación es genial, ya que estás a 5 min andando de una playa fantástica, sin apenas gente y con actividades de vela, zona muy tranquila, supermercados y servicios de restauración cerca, el bar Mistral de camino a la playa sobre las 7 abre, buen café y gente maja. Si quieres moverte a Gandia, Dénia, Jávea, etc. es un paseo en coche. Recomiendo la casa de Pablo, sobretodo si vas buscando tranquilidad, desconexión, playa y restauración, un 10.
