Vacation rentals with a patio in Cudillero

The accommodation is very rural and quiet is completely newly renovated and has full kitchen equipment. Everything was very clean and well prepared. The washing machine and dryer work perfectly. We were there for 4 days and would come back anytime.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

To spend five days is very good, having a single room and two bathrooms was very comfortable. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. And it's close to the highway/freeway exit.

Nacho was a great host, always available and ready to help us with any questions that arose. The house is impeccable, the location is great for walking to the port and the restaurant area. The garden is very nice, especially for the dogs, and the house is practical, nice and clean, but without a doubt, the best thing was Nacho's helpfulness and how easy it was to communicate with him. He was very kind, without a doubt, and if he welcomes us, we will return, Thank you

The apartment is exactly as described, very cozy and in a very quiet area, but very close you have absolutely all the services. The patio is huge and our dog was delighted! As for Agustín, he was super attentive to us at all times, very close and friendly. We had a little mishap with the car on the last day and he helped us find a specific garage nearby! The truth is that we will repeat without any hesitation. The overall score for everything is 12 out of 10!

Everything was perfect, highlighting the treatment of the hosts. The house less than 10 minitos walking from the gascon. If you go with a very large car, the parking space is a little small. We'll repeat next year!!

Dreamy house, it was very well equipped, clean and beautiful, in a quiet area where only the birds could be heard in the morning when waking up. If you want to disconnect a few days for the wonderful Asturias esta es tu casita. The very pending hosts with clear and easy directions and recommendations! From 10!! We spent some nice days at Laura's house. The house is in a quiet, rural setting. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (for example, had already turned on the heating on our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! We have been to Rocío's house in Holy Week with the family. The description matches what was described, Rocío has been very friendly and attentive. The house and the estate is ideal for going with dogs. We went with ours and the experience couldn't have been better. In our case one of the dogs is a mastiff and due to its size it managed to skip the closure to go to visit the cows of the neighboring estate. The house is located very well to visit the area: Luarca, Cudillero... in addition to being close to beaches. It was definitely a great option!!!

It has been a great stay, the apartment is just as shown in the photos, clean and with all the facilities. Quiet and nice little village, very rich restaurants in the same village and close to beaches and tourist towns to see. Highly recommended!

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, centrally located, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From minute one we felt right at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, since they had availability, they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We, for our part, will repeat 100%. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

The apartment seemed very nice to us, tastefully decorated and very well used, everything was impeccable, very comfortable bed and sofa, kitchen perfectly integrated into the living room with everything you need for cooking. The outdoor space is a fantastic addition as we travel with a pet. It has a parking space, which increases comfort when starting or ending trips. Communication was smooth from the start and the host's service was impeccable. The area is quiet (we visited in September). It is a beautiful village with a lot of charm and has all the basic amenities, well connected to the highway which made the daily trips we made faster. We thought it was a very good option and we were totally satisfied with our stay, we will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints

Excellent family stay in Avilés. the apartment is super well located in the city center with a very pleasant patio. very good communication with Monica who gives very good advice for visits and for gastronomy. we highly recommend this place.
