Waterfront vacation rentals in Cudillero

This was one of the cleanest apartment I have ever rented. As an allergic person I am always watching to see if the property has a 5* for the cleaning part. This did and it was beyond expectations- super clean and the shower gel was hypoallergenic as well. the apartment is super big and bright and Tatiana was adorable. She answered in real time to all my concerns. The position is great-minutes waking from all major points and it even has a parking near the apartment. thank you, Tatiana! 😀 if I am coming back to Gijon, I will pick this stay again. 10/10.

We've been here 5 days and the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Very well decorated, totally renovated. The parking is very good. It's true that it's a little far from the center to walk, but we went by car and in 10 minutes we were parking near the center. Also, keep in mind that not having an elevator makes it difficult to go up with suitcases. But if you want a quiet and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Aviles, I definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

We had a great time last week at Carmen’s place. She met us when we arrived and gave us some tips and left some instructions which were very clear. The place is great. It really is right next to a lovely beach and the area is beautiful. We did a lot of cycling but be aware there aren’t many cycle paths. Thé appartement was a perfect size for a family of 4. Thanks Carmen. Maybe see you next year!

Jose Manuel was a perfect host. The apartment is new and very enjoyable. The area is quiet and ideal for visiting Asturias. I would recommend it 100%.

The house is great, it has everything you need and the location is unbeatable, especially if you want to surf. Isaac, the owner, was always very attentive and very kind, he gave us good recommendations on schedules and tides to make the most of the surf sessions. It was a very good experience with my friends, if I return to the area I will stay here again.

Perfect stay in Salinas Consolación super Maja and very attentive to us having a good stay Salinas is a perfect place to rest, eat, and have fun surfing.

We have to go back. We really liked the area and the views, as well as how well connected the house is. It is minutes away from Avilés, Salinas, Piedras Blancas, the airport, beaches, and other points of interest. It has parking right there. Finally, we loved the attention received and the kindness of the hosts.

We had a great week, very cozy and quiet house, very well located very close to Rodiles beach, parking next to the house, I recommend it, Mercedes was attentive to any need we could have.

It was a great experience, Sole was super friendly and helpful at all times. She gave us a lot of recommendations on places to visit and eat. The house was spotless, with a lot more kitchenware and toiletries than we would have thought when we entered. The house is super quiet and is described exactly as in the photos. The backyard is a plus. We made the most of the days when the weather was bad! Totally recommended, we will definitely be back.

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

The accommodation is just as it is in the photos, on the ground floor of your house. We were with a baby and they left us a crib and things for their hygiene. They also offered to recommend things at all times, they were super attentive to us and even made us incredibly good homemade food. We felt right at home. It is a super quiet residential area and close to Gijón, Candás and the beach. It is an ideal place if you want to stay in the area and also if you want to get around to explore the area. They have ample parking.

We spent some nice days at Laura's house. The house is in a quiet, rural setting. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (for example, had already turned on the heating on our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! We've been very comfortable at Raquel's place. The stay was pleasant, the house is nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The garden is very cuckoo.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We have fallen in love with the place, and we encourage you to book your stay with Alicia because you will be 100% delighted. My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

Beachfront accommodation, a little old but well maintained and with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some Cokes, detergent, gel,...even 4 newly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and you don't have to rush to the supermarket. The location is great, right on the beach and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need. Sandra and Jorge are lovely! I would definitely repeat a thousand times my trip to gijon and even more if it is in your apartment.
