The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

It is true that it is a 4th floor without an elevator (5th floor actually because of the mezzanine), but it is well worth it, the accommodation is really good. I recommend it and I would do it again

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

The stay at Belén's house was amazing. We felt right at home, Belén has always been attentive to us and resolving all the doubts that have arisen from us. For the arrival to the house, it has been very nice of Belén to leave us some sweets and gluten-free cookies. He has also recommended lots of places to eat and enjoy in the area, which have been incredible. As for the house, it is as seen in the photos, a beautiful house, very clean, with everything you need for the days we have been staying and only 5 minutes from Cudillero, recognized as the most beautiful town. It's been an incredible few days, we'll be back for sure! 😊

We have been to Rocío's house in Holy Week with the family. The description matches what was described, Rocío has been very friendly and attentive. The house and the estate is ideal for going with dogs. We went with ours and the experience couldn't have been better. In our case one of the dogs is a mastiff and due to its size it managed to skip the closure to go to visit the cows of the neighboring estate. The house is located very well to visit the area: Luarca, Cudillero... in addition to being close to beaches. It was definitely a great option!!!

We have been 3 couples spending the weekend and the house is very good; comfortable and in a very nice environment. Both Ricardo and Pablo have been attentive and close, promptly answering questions or some request we have made to them.

Stay of 10, the house is very well located and if you are looking for a quiet place and where to enjoy the views this is the best option, you have incredible views and the place is very nice. Communication with Isabel has always been very fluid and quick as well as with her brother Ivan, both are very friendly and always attentive for what you need and that everything is going as good as possible. Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

Beachfront accommodation, a little old but well maintained and with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some Cokes, detergent, gel,...even 4 newly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and you don't have to rush to the supermarket. The location is great, right on the beach and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths.
