The home and backyard are wonderful you feel at home when you step through the door. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I hope the next time I’m down there it’s available. From the beginning on when we entered the house, we felt like we were home. Maria and Peter are such great hosts, so friendly and kind like family. We will definitely book again we cain’t wait till our next trip to our second home. The house is clean and has everything you need. The pool is amazing we all loved it, our vacation was Perfect because of Maria and Peter.

Doreen was a FANTASTIC host. Very helpful with check in and the slight misunderstanding I had at checkout. She was very understanding and accommodating! We look forward to staying here again because this house was perfect for our family ❤️

Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

I absolutely loved the location of the historical home - it was so convenient with easy parking available. The cleanliness and organization of the home truly impressed me, and the thoughtful amenities like snacks and water were a really nice touch. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. But the highlight for me was definitely the amazing shower - it was even better than what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! We had such a great time during our stay and can't wait to come back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

Regina's place is terrific! It's clean, comfortable, and has lots of amenities. She is a great host and a lovely person. We enjoyed our visit and will come back. I highly recommend this place.

Very quaint and charming place. Quick to many places around and near Ocala. We will likely be back if our travel calls us to the Ocala area again!

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. We had a wonderful time. Apartment is very cozy and clean. It’s central location makes everything in the downtown area an easy walk. We will definitely will stay here again.

What a wonderful experience! John and Linda’s home is beautiful. It was extremely comfortable. Perfect location. I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I will definitely stay there again when I’m in town.

We took my dad for a respite trip after losing my mom. It was a beautiful, relaxing place. He had his own private space, and we had ours. It worked out perfectly! We hated to leave. We loved sitting on the patio mornings and evenings watching all the wildlife in and around the pond. We even saw a small gator in the pond one morning! That was exciting! The place was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

My family and I have been coming to cedar key since I could walk-and probably before! It’s one of our favorite areas to travel to and Kristi’s place made us feel right at home! Absolutely loved our stay!

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

I came to Cedar Key to fish from my kayak, which I did every day. The area is quite beautiful. I expored two of the islands in the Gulf of Mexico. They are a ways offshore so I had to make sure that it wasn't too windy or rough. The islands are uninhabited and in their natural state. I saw manatees, dolphins, eagles, ospreys and numerous shore birds including herons, ibises, spoonbills, pelicans, terns and gulls. I also saw a racoon foraging on an oyster bar. I did some exploring in the waterways adjacent to cedar key. They are very shallow so I had to check the tide chart to make sure there would be enough water. I did catch some nice fish, which I grilled over charcoal. The deck was a beautiful place to relax on and eat supper on. There are hundreds of birds emerging from the mangroves in the evening and flying to their roosting areas. Ken and Marylee were very responsive to any questions that I had. The condo was well appointed and all the appliances worked well.

Stayed for a hockey tournament and this place was central to everything we needed between the rink and food options. Rich was great to communicate with throughout or stay and did offered recommendations when we had questions. Highly recommend this property!

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

We loved our stay! The unit was very comfortable and accommodating with everything we needed. The walk to town was easy and fun. Katie was very responsive and clear in her communications. Our absolute favorite thing to do there every day was sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins play. There were a ton of them all throughout the day!!! What a wonderful experience!!!!
