Great house in the Villages close to many great restaurants. I loved the ability to swim in a private beautiful pool every morning. I highly recommend!

The host staff was excellent- very responsive and informative! The property was very private, clean, and comfortable. The host provided every basic amenity needed - coffee, coffee filters, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper & paper towels, regular towels, & beach towels. There are also most of the toys you’ll want to- fishing gear, pool toys, & swim gear. We enjoyed our stay!

From the moment we walked in to Gisselle place- we felt right at home. Home is lovely- cleanest place we have ever stayed, pool was so refreshing , many amenities - plus we were welcomed with a thoughtful welcome package- both for us and our fur baby. Pictures don’t do this house justice. - spacious - just perfect. Area was quiet- easy access to Tarpon Springs , Fred Howard park. Gissella was super responsive to any questions- and offered great recommendations. Our doggy loved it as much as we did. We will definitely return - for extended stay- so sad when vacation ended. 🥲. Thank you Gissella for a wonderful vacation!!!! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay! The place was as advertised and the pool area was great. The home has easy access to the river and is close to nearby springs.

My partner and I stayed here for a week, Christopher was king enough to let us extend our stay a few more days. My fur babies loved the yard, so did I! Got to watch all kinds of different birds land in the yard. Really enjoyed sun soaking in the lanai. King size bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is nice. Very close to many attractions. Swam with manatees and went boat charting, totally recommend if you’re in the area November -May. Overall a wonderful birthday/family reunion in my hometown. Thank you Christopher for accommodating my family! Would definitely stay again.

Sandra’s place was a great place for my teenage son and his friend. They loved the fact that they could go kayaking and fishing off the dock any time. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed and more to cook during our stay. All of the springs that we wanted to visit were close by. This was our second trip to Crystal River and we just simply love it. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately by Sandra and she was a wonderful host.

Paul’s place was clean and welcoming! The showers had a little mildew, but overall you could tell the place is very well cared for! The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful and place about an hour every way from the heart of Tampa and Orlando!

We came into town for just a few days away from Ohio. It was a quick drive to manatees. Also very close to a great downtown area with restaurants and bars. The pool area was even better than we expected! Beds were comfy and the place was very clean. We loved our “Zen” time!

The house was cleanly, had some nice touches like games, movies and things for kids. The swim spa was amazing and we also enjoyed the bikes and kayakes during our stay. Terry was a great host!!!

Sandra’s house was absolutely perfect. Beautiful, clean, and cozy — exactly what we were looking for. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell the space is cared for with love. The location was great, and everything worked flawlessly. Sandra was also an amazing host — kind, responsive, and made everything incredibly easy for us. We truly felt at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

This place was awesome!!!! Seriously worth it. Everything was even nicer than the photos. I was impressed with the cleanliness, the thoughtful touches, and the lovely amenities. We enjoyed the kayaks, outdoor shower, hot tub, fireplace, hammock, outdoor sitting space and grill very much. There was a lovely breakfast beverage bar and the garden even had dill that we used for our fish dinner. The space felt very private, but if you want to go for a walk the neighborhood is incredibly friendly. Just a 20 minute kayak to the gorgeous crystal water of Weeki Watchi springs. We will be back and can’t wait to stay again!

We wanted a weekend getaway from our daily chaos and this was just the perfect place! The house was very clean, tidy and well done. Everything we needed and more was available. Kimberly was very helpful with the couple of items we asked about and even offered suggestions on local spots to check out. Definitely a must do again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. We had 2 manatees swim right under our dock. 2 dolphins came into the cove for a visit. There is a small (3’) gator that lives in the cove (I called him Ralphie). I suggest NOT using a bobber if he is around while you’re fishing. He WILL try to take it. I would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay again.

My family and I loved staying at Cris’ place. We came in from out of town for a graduation and we very much enjoyed the house and outdoor space.

We absolutely loved this stay! Maria really thought of everything. Whether it was charging stations, kitchen supplies, flashlights, or dog bowls.. one of our favorite air bnbs to date! The game room was very clean and organized. We played a mean game of family fusbol and had s’mores by the fire. Springs are super close and great food at local pup friendly restaurants on the water. Such a beautiful property and home. We will be back!

Krista and Michael provided a clean, spacious, well stocked place to stay while we visited Florida. The pool was the perfect place to relax after busy days at local attractions. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a week away from home. When the griddle wasn't working Krista immediately purchased a new one for us to use during our stay. We were extremely happy with our booking and would absolutely rent from them again. We traveled with 3 kids(including a baby) and the pool gate was a necessity. They had a pack n play, high chair and bedrooms perfect for young children. The layout of the house makes it feel very spacious and its location in a quiet neighborhood is the perfect driving distance to most activities in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place is perfect to kick back and relax! The screened in patio made our stay- as our crew sat there for morning coffee and drinks at night. The cottage itself was very cozy and cute. Close to Monkey Bar/downtown making it a great location.

We had a fantastic stay! The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with lots to keep you entertained. The outdoor area is gorgeous- lots of seating, a fire pit, picnic area, and more. I needed a place just like this to get away for three nights. The curtains were my fave, really nice and soft material and made me feel fancy. The place was comfy and I would look at visiting again one day soon!

The Tin Roof Cabin was so nice! It was tastefully decorated and very clean. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and more. It was nice to be able to log in to our Netflix account on the smart tv. Lou Ann was very friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations!
