Condo vacation rentals in Crystal River

Using Airbnb was easy and the host answered all of my questions and resolved a check-in error by the guard at the gate quickly. The facility was very nice, a bit pricey for the area though. I will use this service again.

A beautiful condo that looks out on the water. My first day I was on the balcony and looked down and saw dolphins. The place had everything you could think of! I was surprised that I didn’t need to bring paper products because they were provided. This is my 3rd rental place since June and first time that’s happened. The beds were so comfy and you had all of the comforts of home. Frank was extremely responsive to any questions and provided tips about places to eat. Sam’s Beach Bar is the best (thanks Frank). The layout of the condo and the decorating will make you never want to leave!

Absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful little condo! We saw sting rays from the balcony in the private beach area- such an awesome experience! Beds were super comfortable, a/c worked phenomenally, pool was clean and relaxing, the game room and gym were wonderful bonuses. We would definitely stay here again!!

The place was very clean and neat when I arrived. The owners placed a binder near the front door that gives small information such as food places, laundry facilities, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a small vacation for about a week or less!

Great host and perfect location! I loved the extra privacy of having my own entrance. It felt like a mini studio plus, there’s a mini fridge and microwave. I definitely recommend this place!

Monica is a wonderful host. She was responsive and caring during a difficult time for my family (death of a loved one). The place was in great shape and was exactly what I needed and conveniently located to where I needed to be in Ocala. Kitchen provided needed appliances, amenities and supplies where required. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with necessary linens and supplies. Ample closet space if you are traveling with more than just a carryon. Note to anyone reading this - know that the bedrooms are on the top floor, so climbing stairs are required. Consider this when booking. Thank you Monica for the use of your place.

We had an incredible stay during scallop season. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to the gulf. The house was clean spacious and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back next scallops season! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

Jim was a great Host. Meet me at the unit went over features of the unit made sure we knew where to find the Internet code, door lock code and how to reach him if we had any questions. Look forward to rent from Jim again.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

Top notch experience! I stay at their places frequently, and will do so again very soon. Highly recommended across the board!

This was a last minute trip for us and it was perfect for what we needed. Only about 15 ride to Crystal River and all of the attractions. The condo was very comfortable and the location was very quiet. We would return.

This townhouse was an excellent find for a few nights stay to visit some relatives in Wesley Chapel! It very comfortably accommodated two adult couples, and it was great to have our own bathrooms. The outdoor patio has a great view of the golf course; it was shady in the morning for coffee, and a relaxing spot for end of day wine. The townhouse is comfortably furnished and very clean. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to the area.

Great get a way spot! Nice private beach. Saltwater pool is wonderful. Lots of activities to do on the property and convenient location to do all the touristy things. The best part is the peace and quiet while on the property. Nice and calm stay.

It was exactly as described, the location was private & secluded, yet close to groceries, shopping & beaches, & restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking & we saw lots of ocean wildlife during our stay from our balcony or on walks around the property. Sunset view from our balcony everyday, we watched storms roll by which is also a sight to see. No hassle entering or leaving the property, had you had an extra sense of security because there was a guard on duty all hours. Katrina was friendly, very responsive, she contacted me a few times to give instructions & see how our stay was going. She replied immediately— I had no issues, but I feel like if we did she would have addressed them. I can’t believe the price we paid for our stay, it was beyond reasonable— I kinda expected something to be below par, but it was not! The pool area was nice & secure, the private beach area although small was a wonderful spot to wade into the water or chill with your feet in the sand.

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

What a great condo to make home for 2 weeks. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Well stocked kitchen including spices so we were able to make dinner when we didn’t feel like going out. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We really appreciated that there were screens on both sliding glass doors so we could enjoy the breeze and not have to have A/C on. The development is really nice and well maintained. The salt water pool was perfect. Everyone was friendly. They had a pancake breakfast in the clubhouse when we were there and we were made to feel welcomed. Saw dolphin and manatee in the lagoon. Great restaurants in the area, Sam’s, Inn on the Gulf and Ollie’s. Would definitely go back to this unit!

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

This little place was perfect for what we were after. We wanted to be right on the water and have the ability to have a slip for our JetSki.

Chris and his staff were great to work with for our trip to Florida. They were extremely helpful with answering questions and offered suggestions for things to do and were to visit. Their response time is quick and thorough. They were just great people to work with for our vacation. The condo is beautiful and clean. It has a great view of the lagoon. The neighbors are friendly. We had a wonderful time. I wish that I could take this condo to everywhere I vacationed. Thanks for the great vacation condo!
